I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who was dealing with me at Dart Trade because he was such a nice guy! The whole transaction felt really transparent and unpressurised. The Golf was better than advertised when I saw it in person and the test drive sealed the deal. Since the purchase there has been no issues to report, I'm over-all very pleased.

I am happy with the purchase so far. I rate 5, excellent! He kindly picked me up from nearest station and explained tax and so on. Car is in perfect order just a little more gas in it would have been the cherry on the top.

When I saw it in person it was spot on and as described. I really appreciated their transparency. The buying process was simple and straightforward. Overall the arrangements were great! The car is everything I was expecting it to be and more, it is running so nicely and is a cracking car on the road! The customer service from Slawomir was impeccable as well, I couldn't have asked for better. I was umming and arring about whether to get the car or not, but I received a phone call from the sales guy saying that he goes on holiday on Monday, so he won't be back for a few weeks, and that is how I made my mind up, I couldn't let this beauty slip through my fingers. I am so glad I did go for the car as I have had nothing but joy since buying it. Absolutely spot on collection, I can't fault any part of the process one bit! My taxi took me to the wrong place, so I was 5 miles away from Dart Trade, so I rang the lady who was so helpful , and she came and picked me from where I was. They also gave me 12 months warranty for the price of 6 months which I appreciated so much! The Citroen is a dream to drive, and I haven't had a single issue with it since driving it off of the forecourt. I highly recommend visiting Dart Trade, no matter the distance they are worth it!

Very good cars at Dart Trade, I didn't see one car that I wasn't keen on, all of them were in very nice condition! The one that I chose was the Audi Q3, it was the exact spec I was looking for! It was so clean inside and out, it was definitely worth the travel, and I would happily visit again!

No problems in recommending Dart Trade to other people who want to buy a new car. I went here after seeing the car I wanted online for sale. It was described accurately and was in a very good condition for a used car. No problems with the staff, they are a really good dealership with loads of nice cars to choose from.

100% I would use Dart Trade again, they were outstanding to deal with. The Volvo I bought is great, it is running really well, as sound asa pound some might say! 100% satisfaction with the purchase, and would definitely recommend to others.

It was definitely worth the journey of over 200 miles to get my BMW. It looked absolutely perfect when I arrived, nearly as clean as they come from the factory! The customer service I received was like no other I have had before. It was bang on, from beginning to the end he was like my right hand man. any question I had was answered, I can't complain at all. He sorted everything out for me, all I had to do was sign the dotted line. After making the journey home in the 420d I realised that I had left the 2nd key at Dart trade, so I informed Slawomir, who responded straight away and sent the key out to me that same day. I really cannot fault the service or the car, and would definitely make the journey to Dartford again, it was mint!
