Just bought a vw beetle from Dash cars Ltd. Keith the sales man was very helpful and gave us a good price for trade in. Very efficient as were all the team sorted very quickly and we were able to drive away. Very good prices would definitely recommend

BOught a car from Dash cars either the 3 month AA warranty we had to drive it back 3x as it broke down. They then swapped the car for us to a newer model of same car and my partner had someone crash into him in the ice yesterday. The airbags had been cut up / popped and pushed back in so did not work. He is now suffering from whiplash and has now had the car be written off due to all the faults after the accident. Would never recommend as they did a terrible job each time they fixed the car. Botch jobs at the best ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I discovered Dash Car Sales on the Motors.co.uk website whilst looking for the perfect replacement for my 2001 VW Passat. I also checked out the same listing on their own very good DashCarsLoughborough.co.uk website.
The car I found was a very clean 2018 Skoda Octavia which seemed to match my requirements, I was aided with 19 very good photographs and an excellent detailed description of the car, its features and history.
As I lived about 2 hours from Loughborough, I called their office and spoke with Keith to discuss the car and options to collect the car should I decide to buy.
I had planned to sell my VW privately and bring a friend to drive the VW back while I drive the Skoda. However, Keith suggested that he take the VW in trade also making the whole process much easier. He asked some questions about my VW and we came to a mutual agreement for two days hence.
Upon arrival, Keith welcomed me, offered and made a cup of freshly ground coffee. We sat to review the paperwork and he suggested that he take the VW for a test drive while I take the Skoda for the same.
Previously I had verified online what the expected retail price range would be for the Skoda based on model, age and condition. Honestly, the car was listed at the low end of the trade recommendations which I thought very fair, especially when Keith offered me a very reasonable trade-in value for the VW. We struck a deal and the whole process took just 1 hour.
Keith made the whole experience easy and reassuring, I attribute that to his friendly personality and obvious experience in the car trade. Based upon my experience and despite the distance involved, I would most certainly consider buying my next car from Dash Car Sales, in part due to the very good selection of used vehicles I witnessed.

We’ve had a terrible experience with dash cars. I would avoid this dealer. If the car develops a fault or even has them from the beginning they just aren’t interested in trying help you. They had the car back 3 times to “fix” it and not once was any proof given of any work done and the faults Where still present. Had to fight really hard for weeks and threatened a lawyers involvement to even get a response too finally take the car back

Travelled over 80 miles after they conned my son into leaving a 200 pound viewing deposit so they could get it ready Did nothing at all.apparently. When we got there the car was absolute scrap and had a broken windscreen supposed to have 12 months mot DODGY MOT maybe bumper sprayed with tins a total waste of time and m9ney be careful a viewing deposit is the biggest con I have heard I asked Steve clearly on the phone if the car was ok total lies

Right from the start Helen was superb with choosing what was best for me with all aspects of my life. Right through to the full sale of the car. I did not feel rushed and she answered all my questions . The mechanics there are also brilliant they did a service and an MOT and did all the nessaceries on my car prior to me taking it home. Thank you so much I would fully reccamend this company which does not happen very often

In short I decided to pull out of the vehicle purchase and I was concerned that I would lose some or all of my deposit. However Dash Cars Ltd have a 14 day refund promise so I need not have worried, my deposit was returned in full within 2 days, so you can buy with confidence. Salesman Steve proved to be open and trustworthy throughout. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

Was looking to purchase a car from these rang up he was very rude wanted a deposit with out even seeing the vehicle using Covid as a way to rip people of after checking previous sales on the car using an app the Mileage had be reduced by 20k stay clear as there con men !!
