This is the third vehicle I have bought from this company! However on this occasion although I have a six-month warranty and I have had the vehicle for little more than seven weeks when I told them about this problem they said it was not covered a warranty because it was a perishable part? Perishable part well all parts on vehicles are perishable to continue I didn't find them very helpful and the chap I spoke to on the phone didn't even seem to know what they was! My wife sat for four and a half hours in a rainstorm on Sunday evening waiting for a recovery! No sympathy whatsoever from the company and now the repairs are going to cost me something in the region of £300 well I'm afraid David Hayton you have lost a good loyal customer I will never again purchase a vehicle from you.

I was looking to change my car wasn't quite sure what I wanted, I spoke to Phil and told him my requirements , he pointed me in the direction of the Citroën C3 aircross. He didn't have the one I wanted there, but arranged to have one brought down from Penrith that fitted what I wanted perfectly. Excellent service from looking to buying through out.
