Paid £15k for a 911 off David Stockton Specialist Cars, I found him to be a nice genuine guy at first, I didn't ask for anything out of the ordinary, Only a bit it courtesy, Instead David is a typical second hand car dealer. On my journey home the drivers window broke which now requires a new part to fix, he would not even pay for the part at £112 let alone the labour which I told him I was happy to pay myself. Then he bombarded me with text messages at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. Thrown a good customer away, talk about cut your nose off to spite your face. Pathetic.

I found David Stockton to be a responsive and professional dealer. He was a reasonable and courteous person to negotiate with as I traded in two cars for the car I purchased from him. His office is run efficiently, especially with respect to keeping the DVLA informed of the legal necessities promptly. He is also delightfully helpful and a genuine decant chap. Based on my experience I would recommend that you will be much better served using David Stockton Specialist Cars than many of the big dealerships, especially if you want to negotiate a part exchange deal.

My Husband and I drove up from London on Sunday to see a porche boxter. We had done a lot of reasearch and this one seemed the best for all requirements. David was very accommodating and helpful and the fact we got there around 6pm which is past business hours was not a problem for David (and he managed us around his Family commitments which is rare). The car was exactly as described and in very good condition. (David had washed it himself).We found the whole experience to be fair and straightforward. The car runs well and it was well worth the (almost) 600 mile round trip. Thanks a million to David for making it so easy for us.

I recently bought a Mitsubishi L200 barbarian from David Stockton.I am old school 60+ and was brought up where a gentlemans word meant everything when doing business. Firstly what a refreshing change to find a totally professional,honest,trustworthy, and absolutley genuine guy. I had to act quickly on the vehicle there was a large amount of interest.I actually purchased the vehicle without a viewing based on Davids description and guarantees.David then had it delivered over 100 miles to my doorstep a few days later that being the first time i saw it. I felt the vehicle would be first class but it exceeded my expectations and then some.
