Bought a car then paid for extended warranty, car had numerous faults which they did repair with the exception of one. The car was back a few more times then I was told it’s a used car, there is a rattle but can’t find it, absolute waste of time, fobbed off once again, so the warranty which I paid for wasn’t worth the paper it was printed on, shame on you all

Test drove a vehicle at this garage and it broke down on the test drive, made it crystal clear to this garage we were still interested in this vehicle and anxious to re-test drive the vehicle as soon as it was repaired, garage then sold the vehicle to another customer without so much as a courtesy phone call to, in the first instance give us first refusal on the vehicle, or secondly to let us know the vehicle had been sold. at this point we had stopped actively looking for another vehicle so potentially missed out further. poor show Davidsons!!!

Just bought a lovely Astra auto from Davidsons of Newcastle and it was in mint condition, easiest car I have ever bought no pushy salesmen at all ask for Alan he sorts out everything all I had to do was go into showroom and the price I got for my car was great and the price I paid for Astra was great.

Alan was fantastic we bought a beautiful Audi A5 from here and the sale was quick and easy with no hassle and usual car salesmen rubbish. I would buy another car from here due to service received. Also all documents were ready upon collection. Alan was a pleasure to deal with and being a customer services manager I have high expectations of customer service and Alan meet them all.
