I enquired about a car and db car sales were very knowledgeable and helpful, i was very happy with the service i received and would gladly return for my next car
Previously purchased a corsa 1.6, 44000 on the clock. A few weeks later the engine management light came on, the car was stuttering at idle and turning itself off. Same as others, take it to a garage to get fixed etc etc, payed for multiple. Diagnostics, was told that it was a specific issue and that I'd be best taking it to a vauxhall dealer to get fixed however warrenty won't cover a main dealer garage so that is useless. Wanted to trade the car back to the garage for a different model that was working which has been declined. After sales team abismal and no help at all and now I am left with a car that is both dangerous and an expensive fix with no alternative except to pay for it myself which is a joke considering the length of time I have actually owned the vehicle. Save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable garage. I thought I'd give DB a chance and thoroughly regret my decision, disappointing when you are trying to support local dealerships instead of the big dealers.

My wife and I went to DB car sales after seeing a Range Rover we liked, Kerry was dealing with us and was very helpful, she took us a test drive, explained everything to know about the car and answered all our questions in a helpful and professional manner, she was a pleasure to deal with And only too happy to answer our numerous queries when we phoned, really made everything simple and stress free. Even the aftercare we found to be really accommodating and helpful, after having the car a couple of days we had an issue with the drivers door lock, we called DB who were very helpful and only too happy to let us take the car back to them to have the part fixed. All in all, a very good experience, nice and helpful staff and an overall happy, stress free experience. Highly recommended

I bought a 57 plate scenic in July from DB Car Sales . Shortly after it appeared the handbrake cpu was not secured properly. After taking to a Renault dealer they advised taking back to garage. Within a week of my complaint the car was fully fixed very hassle free!
