I bought an A5 from Dean and his team. They were friendly and helpful through the whole process and I bought the car on the spot. It’s had some unforeseen issues, but Dean has got to me straight back, and got the car in for all the problems needed fixing up. Tom and Dean know their way round the cars and go above and beyond. Dean and Emma are always on standby. Can’t rate them highly enough and will go here from now on for services, cars and any issues.

Dean is 100% honest ,trustworthy and gives 100% to any problems that occur . Sticks to his word and helps any way he can . His cars are fab , I now have a clio I love it!!! 30+ years dealing with Dean wouldnt go anywhere else !!! His team are great make u feel so welcome ,help and explain anything ur not sure about. I got my new car 7/10/19 and dean smith couldn’t do enough for me they looked after me so well I found a water leak on my boot I took it back and Tom fixed it for me they was all so nice and help full I would really recommend them to any one good quality car and such nice people to deal with
All is well when dealing with Dean Smith Car Sales until they’ve took your money. After that they don’t want to know. Selling dodgy cars as excellent condition inside and out. Stay away. If you have a problem with your car in warranty period you’ll see the real dean smith car sales customer service appalling. I got ripped off for £2000.

Came across from France to buy a Ford Focus estate from Dean Smith Car Sales. never met him before, bought the car and paid for it without seeing it in advance. very good service: Dean organised lots of work to be done before I picked it up. Since then have done over 3000 miles in the car and am very happy with the purchase. Second hand car dealers have a pretty dodgy reputation but Dean did everything he could to help me. Amazing when the car was less than £3000. I couldn't have asked for more.
Dean Smith Car Sales sent my miss home in a death trap, she went in for a repair on the garage side of the business and on her way home there was lots of noise of scrapping, turns out they never put the bolts in properly, this could have caused a serious accident, even worse my two small children travel in this car daily. So they basically put my entire family at great risk. If you value your safety Do not trust this garage. I will be taking them to the small claims court.
