I bought a car from Emil at Deepcar Motor Company last week. The whole experience was straightforward and I was really pleased with my car. He gave me a fair price for my part ex and gave a 3 month warranty on my new vehicle. From test driving on the Monday I picked my car up on Friday with an MOT, service and valet. Buying a car can sometimes be so awkward, but this wasn't the case with Deepcar Motors.

The salesman sold me a faulty car under false pretences. Then when questioned about something that would have come up in a basic service, he claimed he knew nothing (despite saying he had it fully serviced before sale). He then began to backtrack but would not refund. The car had to be sold at 1/3 the price. Wasted my time and money.

I bought a Mazda 6 from these and have to say what an absolute amazing garage to buy from, service with a smile and they went the extra mile in making sure everything was perfect. I could not recommend this business enough. The car was pristine. Great communication and an effortless sale. Thankyou guys.

Bought a Seat Leon 2.0 FR 184 in July 2023 after viewing it and a small test drive before the car was prepared , After driving the car and chatting for with Adam i was willing to take the car without them preparing it, We agreed that i leave the car with them for them to fully prep it with a fresh Mot and a couple other small jobs, Adam also said they where getting the wheels refurbed and allowed me to choose my own colour as part of the sale, When i picked up the car to say i was impressed is a understatement, They had gone above and beyond what we agreed with all the jobs completed to a high standard, The MOT had a advisory on a front tyre which they replaced before i arrived, The car was absolutely perfect and the service i received was second to none, Thankyou guys it was great to find a honest garage who work hard to a high standard to give there customers the best possible deal, i highly recommend this Car dealer from the experience i had,

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS like I stupidly did. Bought a Daihatsu Terios in good faith in February 2023 with 12 months MOT. Taken it for a full service in July 2023 locally and been told now by two independent garages that it needs so much welding underneath there is no way the massive holes in the chassis and wheel arches could have appeared in the five months of my ownership with just local town driving, so how it got through that MOT, with not even an advisory note is anyone's guess. Other things wrong too, including a bodged together exhaust system. This business uses VICTORIA MOTORS STOCKSBRIDGE LTD for its MOT Certificates, you have been warned!!

I bought a VW Jetta from hrre a month ago and it was a very pleasent transaction, staff were very helpful and they eent above and beyond what most dealers would do as my car was due a new timing belt they supplied it at no extra cost. I would definatley use them again when i buy another vehicle. Keep up the good work.

I bought a car from Deepcar in January 2023. I did the transaction over the phone as I live over 100 miles from Sheffield, When I arrived the car had been prepared exactly as promised (including replacement cambelt and a full set of new tyres (more than they had promised!). They couldn't have been nicer to deal with, I drove away delighted. After a couple of weeks I noticed a problem with the electronic gearbox control, the subsequent diagnosis was an expensive repair (new mechatronic unit). After validating the problem, Deepcar honoured their dealer warranty and paid for the repair (which probably cost them more than their margin on the sale). This level of integrity is rare in the rough and tumble of the used car market. Dealers this trustworthy are rare indeed. They might be over 100 miles away but I will not hesitate to use them again and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Feb 2022: My dad bought a rav-4, 2010 model. The team were open and honest with pricing. The car was serviced and prepped really quickly. It was immaculate at pick-up. They couldn’t have been any more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Emil did all he could to allay our fears of buying a car over the internet, unseen and delivered on the back of a truck.
