The customer service was brilliant, the employees are very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they weren't pushy and the handover was hassle free. They also had a good choice of quality stock to view as I wasn't sure what car I wanted. I will certainly recommend Chris, Vicky and the team for a hassle free purchase
I bought a car from here 2 months ago as I wanted to buy with peace of mind from a dealership knowing the car would be in good working order. The vehicle unfortunately had many problems, including a faulty alternator, headlights and wing mirror. I got in touch with them to try and sort these issues out and they pawned me off to a warranty company. The warranty company told me they were unable to do anything and when getting back in touch with Deepdale, they have said there was nothing they could do, refusing to take the car back (less than a few hundred miles done from date of purchase) or even inspect it. Appalling. This company has sold me a faulty vehicle and have taken NO responsibility for the problems it had, leaving me in the dark. I feel as though I have been misled and would advise anyone reading this to stay very far away from this place and use a different dealership.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the purchase of your 13 year old Toyota Aygo from us. We were made aware of a minor issue with the adjustment of a wing mirror and agreed to pay for the repair on receipt of an invoice from a garage local to yourself. This was to save you the time and expense of travelling around 80 miles back to us. We have never been informed of an issue with the headlights or an alternator. We did receive a call from you a couple of days ago (just under 3 months after purchasing the car from us) stating that there was a noise when you started the car. We referred you to the warranty company. We were informed by the warranty company that the garage you took it to was unable to diagnose where the noise was coming from and therefore rejected the claim. We have offered to repair this free of charge but you declined. All of our cars are independently inspected by a reputable local garage and by your own admission the Aygo was in good working order when you purchased it from us. It was impossible for us to predict the issues you have had with the car but we have tried our best to resolve them. We are still happy to look at your car and provide you with a courtesy car whilst we do so as previously discussed. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I purchased a car with the deepdale motor company. They aren’t local to me so had to rely on photos and their description. Which was absolutely all correct and everything went through very smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you 😊

Popped over to check out a car I’d seen on auto trader. Fantastic service from Chris and Victoria and made to feel very welcome. Lovely play area too which kept my tribe happy whilst we sorted out the paperwork. I’m super happy with my new wheels and also the whole experience and would recommend Deepdale Motor Company to all!

I bought my seat Ibiza from Deepdale Motor Company just a few weeks ago. Chris Victoria and John were very helpful and the swap over was quick and Hassel free. They provided me with finance for my car. All the cars there are of a great standard. I would definitely recommend them and consider them in the future.

Bought a seat altea off these guys, staff were super helpful and very friendly, not pushy at all. They made sure the car was in A1 condition before I took ownership. Had a small problem arise 2 weeks after i bought the car (boot sensor) and they got it sorted the very next day. Would recommend
