Book in 2 weeks early asked for service plan said it would be emailed to me. Never arrived turned up for for service again asked for service plans said they would email it today never arrived. Paid for service full price then got a email with a service plan a lot cheaper. Stay away from this service department
Jason was very helpful and made the purchase of my new car very easy. Jason was knowledgeable when showing me around the new car and all the features that it has. Very happy with the the whole service. Would recommend to friends and family.

I have used the service section for my Ford Transit for several years. Overall it has been very unsatisfactory because of the time taken to complete the work. On one occasion six days in total it was off the road, it was planned for three. I was told the wrong parts were delivered . Our van is used by a self employed person and it would be fair to say that he has lost at least two thousand pounds for the unplanned days lost. Currently a bonnet latch needed to be changed the diagnosis took until day two to be identified! By the late afternoon of day two I was told the repair could not be completed because an additional part is required. Staff are polite but they make promises they can't keep, diagnostics seem to take an age despite digital equipment, or the diagnosis changes. One feels uneasy that despite the courtesy, the company is having a laugh because basically they accept more vehicles than it can cope with each day and so there are always plausible excuses on hand but the cost in money and frustration is totally unacceptable for a professional outfit. As always its the management that need sorting putting greed before running an efficient service I have a service agreement as well. Does anyone know of a smaller firm that deals with Transits.?

Dees Ford Croydon Worst salon I've ever experienced. I bought a car 5 months ago which is ford focus st line, I was sold the best warranty package, which I paid extra, and I was supposed to have the car serviced at any ford showroom, then it turned out that no one at any ford showroom would accept me, I had to deliver the car on a tow truck to London where the car was purchased, which is practically 300millage from home. when the car showed a defect after 5 months (I was told that it was my fault because the cable responsible for ABS at the brakes got water and rusted, There is no such option that water does not get there because it is a cable that is literally next to the brake pads) and I was informed that my warranty does not cover this repair (although I have insurance for electronics). When I asked what is the possibility that the fault will not occur again in the rain, since the cable is at the brake pads, Ford replied that he will not give a guarantee and that he will again replace the wiring appropriate for ABS, which is a cost of £ 1,700. (While this is the most obvious defect of the car). When paying for the repair, Ford was supposed to give the repaired car on 17.03.23 to the person from AA who I ordered to pick up the working car. AA was supposed to deliver it on 18.03.23 when the AA person went to Ford he was refused the car saying they didn't have the staff to give him my car without informing me (waiting for him all weekend) Ford in such a way helps the customer to quickly recover the car, making it difficult for him where he has been depriving me of earning for 2 weeks.

Having bought a 2nd hand B-Max elsewhere 6 months ago, I left it there to be serviced and fix a problem with the bonnet latch - charged £400 for 2 parts (latch and cable) that cost under £100 from Ford's own website. £150 / hour and 2 hours that takes them to replace those. Everywhere else seems to be able to do it under an hour and cheaper per hour...

The reviews on this website do not at all reflect either the people or their ability to go the extra mile for all their customers. The Team at Dees are fantastic.

Went in to see a car they had listed online, the salesperson we were dealing with was quite nice and we were interested in the car but decided to check out one other car before we made a decision. Called back later in the day to see if they could include anything with the car as we were deciding between them and another dealership which was offering the same car but slightly cheaper and included a 3 year warranty. After supposedly talking to the GM they came back with an offer of the initial price for the car and a lifetime warranty. We thought this was a great deal, so we turned down the other dealer and made our way back to place our deposit. It took us 2 hours to get back to this dealership and in that time we received and signed a initial document to reserve the car as well as calling the dealership to clarify we were paying cash and not financing the car. I mention the time it took as to get back to the dealership as when we arrived and got to see the original salesperson we were only then told that supposedly there was a mistake on the pricing of the car and that it was actually more expensive so they couldn't offer the lifetime warranty but we could get it if we paid more. I can understand mistakes happen and the price could have been put up wrong. What I can't understand is the car was up online at this price for a few days. Also when viewing the car the same price was quoted to us and after calling them back and supposedly getting a deal on this car the same price was again quoted to us. Only when we turn down the other car and arrived back ready to put down the deposit for this car they then tell us 'sorry the price was actually wrong you need to pay more if you want this car'. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car here to actually ensure that the price they say their cars are are actually the correct price before you waste your time with them.
TOTAL RUBBISH SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!!!!!!
Dees of Croydon changed my brake discs after my car had done 12,500 miles. Half of those were motorway miles. Had to book my car with them again (last resort garage), as no other Ford dealer were offering Collect and Drop Off. Dees of Croydon did not turn up because the area I live in has gone into tier 3 (COVID 19). I can understand them having to cancel, what annoys me is they did not have the decency to call me to tell me. I had to call them and be told "Oh, were not coming". DO NOT USE DEES OF CROYDON.
As soon as you’ve signed up they break promises or deny even making them, but before you sign up, they can’t do enough for you, a*s licking to the max. Avoid and shop around there’s plenty of decent companies that are more deserving of the custom!!!
