Pathetic service. Despite booking car servicing a month ago and Dees of Croydon sending constant reminders of appointment right up to the evening before the service date, never once did they mention that they would not service the car because I had cancelled the direct debit mandate with EMAC limited after the last installment was paid and all payment cleared. They insisted that there was one further payment remaining which was not the case. I was asked to contact EMAC Limited directly as they refused to service the car. I had travelled more than 45 miles for this appointment. I was asked to contact EMAC Limited which I did, who then confirmed that all installments had been paid, and that there was no reason why Dees of Croydon were refusing to service the car. The car was then finally serviced. Throughout the ordeal, staff at Dees of Croydon were very rude, abrupt and uncooperative. I shall not being going back to them ever again and will not be recommending them to anyone.

a pleasant salesman who sold me a car but he made several mistakes on the paperwork which had to be corrected, The wrong spare key was supplied which took them 3 days to rectify having collected the card, On several occasions they promised to call back but never did, all in all an unpleasant experience.
