just trying to get my service invoice & the last service invoice to n avail 4 times I have asked, even tried to complain not interested????????
They are really good at selling you services that later they won't call you to schedule the regular maintenance that you got with those services. And if you schedule with them, they don't even do a full-service checkup. I got a Warranty 4 life and cosmetic insurance with them, I have done 2 annual revisions with the warranty 4 life, and they never fixed a small cosmetic issue that is really covered within the other insurance. I also have a door rubber seal unsticky, which they didn't bother to fix, but hey! they changes my 2 front wheels when they have just 500 miles since I bought the car from them. They also wanted me to buy the antenna which they removed on purpose when I bought the car. Of course, the door rubber seal is included in the services I got from them, but I had to pay for the front wheels and of course, I didn't buy the antenna from them. When you bring your car for services, they never call you back when they finish, you need to chase them to know if they have finished or not. And better if you bring some cleaner with you because your car will be full of grease and sticky all over. Once, I needed a substitution car from them, and they offered me nothing. They are just a greedy company wanting more and more of your money without caring about your car or yourself. I regret 100% buying my car from them, and doing services with them.

had my car serviced in July, was delayed in returning it to me and did not then tell me it was ready so lost 2 days use, no substitute car offered even though I have a service plan through them, am still waiting for the service report which was promised me by email (as their system was down on the day) but despite reminders on the phone, and emails still no information so I have cancelled my plan reluctantly. I don't know what they have done, what they have charged or what I need to keep an eye on and it is now 2 months. they used to be really good but I noticed the helpful staff have gone and this is sad that I have to find another service site..
DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. They replaced 3 tyre sensors whereas the MOT failure was only for one. They replaced our front brakepads - with the WRONG brakepads, which had to be replaced at our next service (at another garage). They also said we had to replace the exhaust system (at great cost). I worry about the necessity of this, in light of other issues above.
We had a test drive booked for a specific time 15/08/2020. On arrival We had to wait 10 minutes to be meeted and greeted. Subsequently we were told a test drive had not been booked and the car in question was in the workshop being repaired. The salesman’s parting comment was get in touch later on the week but I don’t think you are really seriously interested in the car. He is right!!! After our brief contact with Dees we do not plan to buy a Ford anytime in the future
I took my car in for some body work repairs, they did such a bad job they damaged the car further. Despite repeated calls, emails and visits to the body shop reception, I have been constantly fobbed off and repairs remain incomplete. After nearly 30 years as a Dee's customer, I have given up hoping their shoddy work and lack of customer care will improve. I will need to take my business elsewhere. I cant give this dealership any stars.
I called Dees Ford in Wimbledon about a car and first I was hung up on as the receptionist pushed the wrong button. I made an appointment to see the car and drove from Watford. When I arrived, On time, the salesman was busy and I was passed to someone else. I waited for the original salesman,a half hour because we had discussed a deal. I walked around the lot twice and didn't see the car so asked twice about it with no response. Finally, the original salesman appeared and told me the car i drove all the way to see was not there, but st Gatwick, miles away. They wasted my whole afternoon, as well as fuel burned to do there. I do not recommend this dealership.

I have visited the Dees Ford Wimbledon showroom twice now regarding my interest in one of the cars. Both times, I have dealt with two different salesman incredibly unenthusiastic, not particularly helpful nor very friendly. The first salesman mumbled his words and I could barely understand him. Secondly, I had a test drive today and in contrast to other salesmen that have gone on test drives with me, failed to tell me anything about the car and did not show me any of the features of the car or how to use them. I was took on a quick test drive and really did not feel the salesman was interested at all. With other salesman, I have been in the car for a good 15 minutes being shown the internal features of the car and how to use them. There was a severe lack of enthusiasm for a salesperson and I felt the salesman didn't even really know what he was talking about. Not the attitude at all needed if you are in a sales job! I do not normally write these kinds of reviews, but this is not the behaviour I would expect from someone in sales and to be honest has completely put me off the car! I will now be buying from elsewhere. We also got quoted a lesser price to part exchange my car than other garages.
