My vehicle has arrived today - condition of the vehicle is good and as expected for the age of the vehicle. It was clean and tidy - well presented. My Wife said that the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. I have not ordered a vehicle before viewing in person before, so was a bit apprehensive. However, I can’t fault the Customer Service received by the gents. Timely communication, clear videos of the car and answered all my questions. They ensured that it was fully serviced and MOT’d prior to delivery and kept me in the loop about its progress and delivery.I would recommend this trader every day of the week! Thank you again 👍

Bought a car last summer, had it delivered with 2 flat tyres , broken passenger seat and faulty steering. Warranty company refused to repair, Derbyshire Performance took the car back with the promise of repair, 9 months later they still have it . Taken legal action.

Excellent car purchase experience *Honest 5 ⭐️ Review* I’d seen a vehicle that caught my eye on Derbyshire Performance website (in fact there were 3 or 4 actually), and like most people I read the reviews to see the good and bad things .. Holidays.. Cars.. Amazon you name it. I do however always try and keep an open mind and give people the benefit of the doubt, and I’m so glad I did. Derbyshire Performance answered all my questions (and I had a lot) they carried out all my requests and gave me a fair price for my part exchange. I love my new (to me) car and so far so good…I have received good communication from the team… amazing customer service (which these days is getting rarer and rarer) and they have delivered everything that they promised. I would throughly recommend. (And for the cynical people out there to confirm… no I am not one of their friends just a really happy customer)

When life took an unexpected turn and my trusty Mercedes was written off, I found myself in need of a new car. Living locally to derby, I had driven past their dealership many times when iv been to Srewfix and decided to give them a visit. From the moment I walked through the doors of the dealership, I was met by one of their salesmen, who was very friendly towards me and knew a lot about the cars that he was selling. The Jaguar has proven to be a fantastic choice. It is much more fuel-efficient than my previous Mercedes. It is a joy to drive, and it has added a spark of excitement to my daily commutes. Currently my daughter is learning to drive, which is a big milestone in her life, and I want her first car to be special. Given the excellent service I received from Derbyshire Performance , I know exactly where I will be heading with her when she passes her test.
