Derbyshire Performance are a friendly family run business with a nice atmosphere. The car has been back in a repairs but they have been really good to us. They are great people and I would have no hesitation going back again in the future.
Absolutely gold standard service from Derbyshire performance putting the customer first. I purchased a 4 year old BMW M135i which was prepared in pristine condition complete with brand new Bridgestone tyres. The service and attention to deal that I received was first class. The dealership also took my previous car as a no quibble part exchange and gave me an extremely fair price which was pivotal in making things 'work'. Everything was just right in every way, from the initial enquiry and video presentation, all the way up to being shown to my new car to find that it was waiting with half a tank of fuel. Even a cup of tea Like everything in life it is just those little things but they go a long way. One very happy customer. Thank you so much.
We bought a Mazda cx5 off these guys at a great price . We had a slight issue which was sorted almost immediately and at no cost to us . Great service and a lovely car.

Very friendly service. Honest guys who gave me some decent advice on a vehicle I was looking at. Gave me a honest valuation on my px, which I was more than happy with. Purchased a great car which was serviced and valeted within 24 hours.Will not hesitate to use again.
I came down from Scotland on the train which was 3 and a half hours but well worth it. I went to the Derby office where They gave me some excellent service. The car was straight and as described and about £500 cheaper than the same model in the north west, so well worth £100 rail fare. I drove the car home and they did what they said and sent me the outstanding service history which I requested. All in all I am very satisfied and the car is great and so was the service. Well worth the trip to Derbyshire performance
Terrible experience from start to finish. Car was not fit for purpose but they point blank refused a refund even though we were legally entitled. They said they had fixed the issue after a week but after a quick test drive it still had same problem. They gave us a shed of a courtesy car with a dodgy clutch. This was beginning of December 2024 After that it was excuse after excuse ie wrong part ordered, waiting on parts, waiting on another part, part in back order?? Jay just kept coming back with excuses and lies. Eventually on Feb 15th my husband when back again after being told it was all fixed. 10 miles back the car presented with exactly the same issues so nothing had been done. We eventually got a refund after threatening legal action. Even then he was arguing how much the refund should be and tried to give us less than the car was invoiced at. Don’t touch this dealership they are completely untrustworthy. They couldn’t even get the V5 sorted that was even more excuses!! 😡
