In my experience They sell cars with many complaints, but people think they have a warranty. However, if you take the car to the service center for warranty repairs, it takes ages and some problems may still remain. By the time the warranty is over, some issues might not be resolved. It's better to avoid these sellers to save your valuable money and time.

From the time i booked. A service for my jeep, the customer service was exceptional compared to my previous experience with Ford Busseys.. The reminder message left was polite and professional, the arrival for service was efficient, with a rest area to sit with a good quality coffee provided. To be escorted to your car under an umbrella was once again great customer service other dealers take note!

As some people may have believe, buying a car should be a exciting experience.... well Desira Nissan Vulcan Rd Norwich managed to turn mine in the most forgettable one possible. So ... simple first steps , looked up cars online , found one I like so called up to book a test drive.Spoke with ... lets say Mr S (for Sophisticated) and was told that the car I want is unavailable do to “mandatory checks needed to be carried out before any test drive“... right so, car is on your official website but you can’t drive it sound fair, so ,, was offered to test drive same make and engine just different colour and reg.Took the drive which was nice , the car was definitely well equipped.The sales guy Mr S on the other hand seemed to just want the day on fast forward..,Never mind it happens to most of us , got back to the dealership and asked to run some numbers as I wanted to buy the car then and there via PcP .... Some hours later after lots of back and forward to “ask the manager” got to the monthly price I was willing to pay , obviously on the car I first wanted to drive but needed to show the rep their own website finance options, as at first was told that the m/p wold be much higher and the actual car I test drive was not even eligible for PcP...??? At this point the enthusiasm was 0 but at least got an add on at half price and a “ reassuring verbal agreement” that the car will be ready to pick up on Saturday (the hole thing happened on Monday) so payed deposit and signed part exchange for my old car, so far not too bad. The next day received an email from Mr S saying the finance has come thru and I just need to pop in to sign the final agreement before the pick up date.Great , so I work in health and do 12.5 h shift in addition to be 1h drive one way from work to the dealer.I replied that I am working till Saturday so there might be an option to send the contract by email or post and I will sign and send back asap.The reply email was short and on the lines of “that is impossible” and “you might need to wait a long time before money goes thru” . At this point I felt quite mislead and wanted some explanations and alternatives...(I admit my email back was on impulse but did tone down and asked to be corrected if I was wrong) .No email back on Wednesday so phoned the dealer to ask if Mr S is in, he was DO obviously but the sales guy who answered did offer me some information about the finance agreements... THEY WILL GO THRU IN A FEW MINUTES AND THERE IS NO NEED FOR A CLIENT TO COME 3 times to the dealer before picking up the car.As you can imagine now I was getting very unhappy with the misinformation.Lucky enough Mr S send me another email on Thursday to say the add on part I wanted had been ordered but will be delayed till late next week...Of course I expressed my disappointment bu got no more answer.Phoned the dealer the next day only to get the rescheduled 6 days later (obviously no sign of mr S) I did go on desiras website and filled in a complaint bit no answer. In the best case scenario I will be asked to leave a mobile number bla bla so you I will drop any extra expectations...So in conclusion if you are buying from Desira Nissan Norwich think again if you expect transparency .

When you take your vehicle into a main dealer you expect a good service and not problems afterwards My radio keeps switching off and on again on its own and also the whole system switches off sometimes and then back on again all this after the service I go to ask about it and they want to charge me over £100 to have a quick look I have since found out they new there was a software update but only do it if someone complains BUT still charge you As i have said AVOID they have no customer care skills at all as I said if there is a problem then I would pay but refuse to pay up front I will never use Desira Group in Norwich again and would never recommend to anyone

Very unhappy with desira group norwich, 2 years ago where great now they dont seem to care oil topped up to just over minimum so had to put up with light flashing since 2016 dont now what each other are doing ie service reception collecting car.

Purchased a 10 month old nissan owned quashqui from Desira Norwich only to find on receiving my car registration document that it had been a car rental registered by Hertz in Uxbridge. The salesperson failed to inform me of this fact prior to purchase. I was incensed and despite following the complaints procedure got nowhere.

Everything was really Good, i begrudging recommend them to friends and family as i don't want others to have the great deal i got. The service from the dealer was excellent from start to finish with lots of communication via emails and calls .
