I found the staff at Dev Cars to be really knowledgeable and helpful and up to now I have had no issues with my Audi A4. It was in good condition overall and a good price. I would use this dealership again.

Called Dev Cars Ltd twice to arrange a viewing both within the advertised time stated on their website. Person who answers can only be described as sounding like a 16 year old kid unwilling to offer viewings or offer suitable times. Found this very unprofessional.

Viewed a car and the service stamps were fraudulent, the people were rude when defects were pointed out and when we spoke about the car not being worth what they've priced, they got aggressive. Would not feel comfortable buying a car from Dev Cars Ltd as if there was a problem, they would profusely deny and probably wouldn't help.

bought a car from DEV Cars and I can say that the guys were very helpful and honest. They explained everything in relation to the warranty and told me if I had any problems to just call them and they will do their best to help. I would recommend them to all my friends and familyView less
When attempting to buy a Quashqai from this dealership, they seemed like friendly, helpful salespersons but turned out to be disgustingly rude!! Everything was fine until we stated that for our peace of mind we were going to bring a mechanic to briefly check over the vehicle before we purchase it. The owners - Patels (father & son) got extremely defensive, insisting their AA check was enough and refusing to let us bring our mechanic. In the end they did let us bring him and as soon as he mentioned a noise in the engine the father got very angry and tried to slam the bonnet down on Dave (the mechanic) whilst shouting I'm not selling you the car (abusive language removed); your a waste of time & no mechanic knows anything! He continued to barade us with vulgar and expletive insults, whilst telling us to get off their lot. We were absolutely shocked by their randomly irractic behaviour and would NEVER recommend that anyone gives them their hard earned money. The vehicles they have judging on what I saw are not up to standard for the price they are charging and they openly admitted they do not care about customer service!! I did attempt to find reviews on the company and couldn't find anything negative so assumed they couldn't be too bad, I was wrong! Obviously we did not purchase the vehicle. Be careful of people like this, who smile in your face as they happily take from you! These people do not have a conscience. Be aware.

I viewed a car today and when we pointed out certain aspects that were wrong, they became very defensive and there 4 men shouting at me telling me I was wrong and I am confused and I don't know what I'm talking about ! I immediately left as the conversation was going nowhere .also, when checking the papers, they were obviously not genuine.
Really good car dealer...explained and gave exact details about car...recommend.
