I purchased my car, a Ford Kuga, from a branch of Weavers a couple of years ago without incident. However, I recently experienced a minor problem with my on-board computer. For example the speedometer was not working. They fixed the problem at a cost of £225.26. when they dropped my car off I checked to see everything was back to normal after they had left. What I noticed were two loose wires hanging down in front of the windscreen and realised they had been disconnected from my dashcam front and rear which i had professionally fitted some time ago by Halfords. I returned to Weavers and explained what had happened. I am a 75 year old female widowed and living alone, I am the only person who has access to my car. I was unable to see how the wires would go back in. I thought they would simply have a look and return the wires to their proper location. I was told by a very rude man the loose wires had nothing to do with them, his staff had nothing to do with it. I explained when they received the car for repair there was not a problem with loose wires and my dashcam was working perfectly fine until it was returned to me. He decided on bullying tactics and raised his voice at me in front of the entire showroom saying once again it had nothing to do with them. I left that showroom very upset and humiliated. He was the rudest man I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I took my car to another garage and had the wires put back at a cost to me. How easy it is to bully a female pensioner when I was alone. I thought I was doing the right thing to take my car for repair to the dealer i purchased it from. I will NEVER return.

I drove from Bristol to talbot green as recommended by a friend as was looking at fiestas, I looked at one and test drove it. I pointed out to the salesman there was a was a few scratches and especially one I pointed out on the Bonnet, he told me he would get the sorted, also brakes felt spongy. He told me it would have a service before I collected it. I traded my car against it. I contacted the salesman a number of times via phone and email to check scratches had been sorted, I was assured it was done. I collected car, I paid Balance, unfortunately my fault I didn’t check scratches had been sorted ! Yes u guessed they had not been done, when u took car away I pointed out the one on bonnet had not been done: he then said oh that’s stone chip and can’t spray whole bonnet! I told him I was not happy. By the time I got home engine management light also other warning lights including oil change light , key fob battery low and brakes still spongy, when I called and emailed sales men it wasn’t positive and difficult to get a response or call back to get problems resolved: as covid made problems worse to sort. As today still was not sorted by garage. I was advised to take in ford garage. I managed to get into a Ford garage to get work done as car was 24 months old it would be hopefully under Ford guarantee : I was advised by Ford garage there was no proof oil change had been done. I had to have parts replaced. I had to then get proof from weaver oil change had been carried out. I had pre contacted garage to advise I was taking car to garage: no reply. I spend £8,100 plus my trade in . After customer care terrible and salesmen didn’t keep to word, I experience was not good, I’ll leave to individual to decide to buy from weaver, I wouldn’t ever again.

Bought a new fiesta from DG Weaver in Talbot Green, unfortunately the rear of the car was damaged. They would not refund my deposit so I was left with a new car that was crashed. They agreed to repair the car blaming ford factory for damaging the car. Few weeks later they returned the car to me, I could not believe what I seeing, the paint work they had resprayed was miss matched and the window screen was now damaged. I will make a very long story short, the car was taken to the garage and returned to me over and over for a number of months and was never repaired probably. I had to pay a different garage to repair the car so I could use it. Avoid dg weaver at all costs. Salesman unpleasant and the service manager and owners are down right nasty people.
Once again DG Weaver in Talbot Green provided me with First Class Service Yesterday. Sorted a MOT Out at short notice and Even did a Free Health Check on the Vehicle. Thanks All . Spot on . Cheers Wayne

Have had a very bad experience, they will mis-describe their car just to get a sale and very hard to get hold of once you have made the purchase, avoid at all costs.
