Would give 0 stars to DGA Cars if I could. Brought a car from there was in the worst condition, confirmed by many car garages. Had to fight for a refund with solicitors and still didn’t get full refund. Worst experience!!

I’m sorry but I have no record of selling a car to a Sam, can you please confirm when this was and I will look into this as as far I can see this is a false and made up review.
Brought a car nearly a year ago had issues from 2 weeks in never got sorted had engine failure within 6 months. And had a message saying I am delusional. Avoid. Read my full review on DGA Cars website.

I’m afraid this review is not true, the only issue reported to us was a missing key blade which we replaced, the car had a engine issue 10 moths after we sold the car hence it was out of warranty

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. We both no there was other issues with the car over messages to prove and I spoke to you reguarding the engine hesitation and when the failure happened it was under 6 month so and you were going to forward a garage details but you didn’t. You just get your money and wash your hands of any issues. I’ve been requesting a invoice for over a year now to make a claim on faulty parts but you failed to supply that’s to me in the warranty period so yet again I will have to foot the bill. I am not a fake customer just telling the truth which isn’t liked.

Brought my first car, exciting as a 17 year old female, just before Christmas. Been running fine, but starter motor went this week! Ok, one of those things at least I have warranty from DGA cars and its covered I checked.....well should have had warranty!! Typical second hand car salesman - it was an oversight he says but we can sort. You would hope that decency would prevail but I am afraid not.....all of the offers to resolve were on his terms and at significant inconvenience to me - even though this was his 'oversight'. I have managed to get just over 50% of it back from him......but significantly out of pocket. Lesson learned....he is a second hand car salesman so make sure you walk away with the warranty if you are buying as this was the worst experience I have had as a customer.

Andrew, I offered to pay for the full repair of the starter motor on your car, I also offered a courtesy car for you to use while it was being repaired but you refused and wanted me to pay three times the cost at another garage, you also had already booked and asked the garage to carry out the repair before you had spoken to me. I would of even collected your car for you and recovered it but you insisted on me paying your over inflated charges. As you had bought a car from me before I gave you a good discount, for you to buy two cars from me I'm sure DGA Cars is not that bad, if you had not been aggressive on the phone I would tried to of helped you further.

Come on Daniel, you even are starting to believe your own stories. Yes, you gave me £50 off the car, not sure that was a good discount. Yes you offered a courtesy car if I could get a car that would not start to you at Downham! This post does make me smile.....

Andrew I did offer to collect the car as I was able to arrange transporter to collect it but you failed to listen to any offer I made, I had a courtesy car ready for you to use immediately so no inconvenience would be caused. If you had notified me of the issue straight away I would of told you to of recovered the car to one of our authorised repair centres instead you recovered the car to your own choice of garage and had already booked the repairs to be carried out. You then call me to pay the bill. I'm sorry your unhappy but if you had handle things differently this wouldn't of cost you any money at all.
The car I was sold was not really fit for purpose, it's been in the garage 2 out of the 3 months I've had it. The after sales have been poor, they weren't willing to pay out for all of the repairs and made various excuses along the way. I wouldn't buy from them again.
