For years i have been buying cars at Dick Lovett BMW Bristol and the customer service was always fantastic, that is what it all about when you go there, the experience. However in the last few years i have used BMW Bath for my cars due to the attitude of the staff at Bristol. When we walked into the showroom yesterday with my son who was taking his car back to be sold, we were left waiting at the desk for a receptionist listening to the salesmen swearing and ranting in the back ground. Not a good experience for my son who will not be going back either now.

Purchased a used car and dealt with Tracey Stephens. She sent me a detailed personalised video which gave me full confidence in buying with click and collect. Amazing service from both sales and aftersales, seems like people have had bad experiences but every time I go in and have been for the past 14 years everyone could be more helpful. Maybe I’m just lucky but based on my many experiences I don’t think it’s luck.
My car was serviced & MOT’d by Dick Lovett BMW Bristol and I cannot recommend them enough. I was kept up to date throughout the day and was able to collect when convenient for me after work.

Went to test drive a car and was told I had been accepted for the agreement just had to sell my car and pay off what I owed, I did this the same day which left me with no car which they knew, they then took a big deposit off me as I thought all was ok as I thatwas due to pick up the car the following Thursday, Wednesday comes and they then tell me I can’t have the car as I hadn’t been approved enough credit, then with no care at all they dismissed me and it took nearly 2 weeks and me constantly ringing to try and get my deposit back etc and they didn’t care that they had left me in an awful situation and unable to get to work and I tried to make a formal complaint but they treated it as a joke and not serious at all! I am disgusted by bmw Bristol and Louis Gee the salesman

There is something wrong at Dick Lovett BMW. As a customer I feel like I am the least of their concerns and it is almost impossible to have a simple conversation with any of their employees, who seem more interested in speaking their script. I’ve owned BMWs for over 20 years and worked with 4 different dealerships noe were as bad as this one. Avoid if you can.
DickLovett Bristol Cribbs - absolute jokers.. #dicklovettscam I spoke to them 4 times regarding the smoke coming from my new BMW M4 exhaust..they told me this car uses a lot of oil. (This is my 3rd BMW M4 ownership so knew something wasn't quite right). I ended up taking the car to a Sytner Garage who correctly diagnosed my vehicle with a broken rocker gasket.. The car was just about about to leave its warranty - If I have followed DickLovett Bristol advice i would be very much out of pocket trying to repair this myself. *Regarding Reviewer Contacted - I don't need a free car wash or voucher! If I need I anything ( Like a new car for example) i'll drive extra miles elsewhere. #dicklovettscam
Con artists. BMW just had a recall for EGR. On the drive home (about 100 metres from leaving) i noticed a whistle coming from the engine from when i accelerate . Now the car sounds like crap. Engine light has come on for the drive train. DickLovett want to charge me £120 to have a look at it. You broke my car why should i have to pay to have it looked at. Been told it was due to a pipe leaking that is causing this and its one of them they would have taken off from replacing the EGR. Wish i never brought a BMW.

I also had the same problem , went in for a lens change and the car came back with a serious steering rack problem , I now have to pay them for a hired car while they look at the problem that appeared after a visit to Dick Lovett , Bristol, maybe a boycott of this garage? I would think twice before you purchase a new BMW as mine is a M sport and under two years old.
