Just want to say enjoying our used bmw 3 series luxury car. Ashley the sales man at Dick Lovett Bristol who helped us with our purchase was helpful good knowledge of cars top man.
I took my car in for a Service today and I felt the Customer Service at Bristol BMW was outstanding. A special thanks to Johnathan Prissell who went above and beyond to help with a query I had.

I was awaiting delivery of my new car which I bought from Dick Lovett BME Bristol which was delayed due to cracked windscreen found during preperation and cracked durng manufacture I was told. Upon final delivery of the new car the interior containted dust and debri plus some saftey goggles in the footwell from the fitting of the new screen. The car had not been cleaned after the screen was fitted. I rang the dealer on the Saurday politely explaining the situation and was told somebody would get back to me on Monday. It is now Friday and after further left messages nobody has bothered to ring me back. The customer service is terrible unless it involves a sale, will not deal with this company again.
We purchased a car from Dick Lovett BMW in Bristol, our sales man (Liam Downer) treated us from start to finish with amazing customer service, he is a credit to the company, & we traveled over 300 miles to buy the car & wouldnt hesitate to do the same again if n when we decide to upgrade our car.

3 months ago we attended the dealership with regard to getting a new car and was dealt with by Tracy Stevens who was extremely helpful and kept us informed on a regular basis on all aspects of our order. Yesterday we took delivery of the new car which is amazing. If you are thinking of getting a new BMW I can highly recommend this dealership and Tracy who was very professional whilst at the same time was friendly, welcoming and attentive to our every need for which we thank her very very much, and we recommend the complimentary coffee it's delicious. Listen inventively and clarified my exact needs for my car service. Cameron's knowledge was exceptional, and made me feel comfortable and confident that my needs for my car were going to be met in a timely manor as agreed, when booking my car in for the service. 1-3pm. This is my company car, never rated BMW until I had mine, due to the excellent customer experience today, will definitely be having another BMW - its the most reliable car, never let me down, (important when your a woman driver), and more importantly after my customer experience today, its a must for all us ladies, your treated like a person, Thank You Cameron Ramsey, you've made my day! Thank You BMW for the Fabulous Customer Experience - every need has been met to an exceptional standard. Well Done.

I would avoid Dick Lovett's BMW in Bristol. They push and pressure you in to a sale. I provide a list of requirements which we talked through, then ended up with a car that was told would meet them. It didn't. When challenged afterwards they didn't care, it took a lot of phone calls and emails to speak to anyone about it. Once they have your money they don't care about you.
I bought a top of the range Mini Cooper £14950, after service was appalling, knowledge of the mini I purchased no help, my alloys have corrosion and have cost £500 , still my tyres go down, on the motorway, the gel they supply a con does nothing to help, extremely dangerous do not buy a mini from this dealer it’s never there problem, unless you pay there not interested,
