After 73 days, many many frustrating emails and telephone conversations consisting of differing stories and blagging, and a total bill of over £17000 (partly covered by warranty), our car is back but with heavily dented rear seats which they have of course denied responsibility for. Love the car do NOT love the service we have received from Dick Lovett Porsche Bristol. For your own sanity – go elsewhere!
We went to Dick Lovett Bristol to just look at a new Mini Cooper. We were approached by Jack Taylor sales, who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble his knowledge of the Cooper was exceptional. Because of his expertise we decided that we would like to purchase this car. Jack then took us to meet Ashley Rogers Business Manager who was equally as enthusiastic and knowledgeable as his colleague. Ashley went throug all the fine details with us which made us feel secure. We now own a beautiful Mini Cooper. Dick Lovett should be so proud to have two such conscientious and loyal people working for him
