My family and I have bought 8 cars from Dicksons in Inverness over the past 13 years. The vehicles have been company cars and cars for private use. New and second-hand. Ranging in price from £5000 to £25000. We have also used them for various finance deals and bought the cars outright. We all agree that they are the best dealer we have ever dealt with. Every aspect of everything they do, from sales to servicing and after sales care is done with care and consideration for the customer. The vehicles are always exactly as it says on the tin. Whenever there have been problems they have been dealt with in a way that puts the customer first. You really cannot ask for more and we would recommend them to all potential buyers.
I can't fault any aspect of the service, everything was very quick and smooth, I had a nice chat with the salesman who told me all about the car, showed me around the dashboard to make sure I knew what was what. I would definitely go back again they really were a pleasure to deal with.

The salesman was very helpful, however, wouldn't put tax on the car with only a month left on the car tax to go. Other than that the car is just what we were looking for, was excellent value for money, and very clean.
