After purchasing my vehicle from this so called 'dealer' I had a few faults which I noticed as in a sidelight out etc. Asked them to correct the issue to which they did not. I took my newly purchased vehicle to a manufacturer dealership for a health check. To which it came back with over £800 of repairs. Numerous faults including steering, brakes, power steering leakage and exhaust was compromised. Had to go through finance company to get any kind of response from the dealer. I would advise you stay clear of Direct Cars Edinburgh Ltd.

Direct Cars Edinburgh is the last place I would buy a car from, Agreed that if I paid a deposit and car was not what was advertised then I could have deposit returned. this was promised whether I wanted car or nor it was held for a viewing next day car was nothing like what was advertised and was refused deposit back they should not be allowed to advertise such rubbish and lies. Keep your money and go a more honest car dealer rather than Direct Cars Edinburgh.

I travelled up from London to view an Audi that Mandi had put on. Thought it was too good to be true but when I got there, showed me the car and I instantly fell in love with it. Mandi at Direct Cars is very accommodating. I first went along to view an immaculate VW Passat saloon, but after seeing it decided I would prefer an estate. He didn't have any in, but rang me up a few days later to let me know he had one coming in the following week. A day earlier than expected, I got a call from him to tell me that he had just got two estates in that day, so I went round to view them both that evening. The following day I picked up the keys to a very clean and tidy Passat estate, high in the miles but completely spotless and drives perfectly with full service history. One week on and I'm extremely happy with my new purchase.
