Bought a car off these guys on a click and collect basis. Buying the car, no problem as they wanted the money. But ZERO post sales help or support. Car sold with full service history which is non existent. It came with only 1 car key which I was never informed about until collection - I'm now going to have to fork out £250 for replacement fob key. I've already had to put new tyres on it even though i was told it had new tyres and the brake pads need replaced which is going to cost more money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

would AVOID at all costs! Completely mis-sold the vehicle. Was told the car drove perfectly and unable to test drive. On receiving the car, The battery light and engine management light both came on, and Tracking was off, Plus a few other issues. The car was supposedly 'fixed' three times and yet the Battery light is STILL on, Even after having the car for 3 weeks! Would not refund even though they said they would. The biggest mistake we made buying that car, And would never buy from this company again!

Do not buy a car from this dealer. I was given a 6 month warranty cover with Autoguard warranties which is not worth wiping my arse on. They changed the brakes and left one of the calipres loose and the bolt felt out (very dangerous). The ABS light came on after 20 mins leaving the place and was told to go through the warranty company. Which I had to pay the extra £100. Was told it had a full recent service and only done a 1000 miles and the service light can on. The warranty company does not cover a service DO NOT TRUST HIM OR BUY A CAR FROM THESE!

Just purchased a BMW 5 Seies from Direct cars. I travelled 2 hours , 110 miles to view the vehivle as the classified add on ebay motors showed a car of the spec I wanted, a lower year and lower miles than many similar vehicles on the web. My experience of Direct Car is of no pressure sales. View the car yourself on the forecourt. Discus any issues. If happy take for test drive. Make your mind up if happy etc. Complete purchase. At no time was I pressured or offered deals, or finance packages etc, the guys let you make the desisions yourself. If you need more info they will do there best to help, about the vehicle spec andits history. 3 month waranty with vehicle, can be used natioanly so no tied to Peterborough. For me it was a pleasant experience and a breath of fresh air as i was expecting the oposite experience. I would be happy to recomend Direct Cars to family and friends etc.
