Hi everyone, I saw these reviews above after buying my new van from direct commercials. I feel I had a great experience there and I'm really happy with the van. Had a good chance to speak with the staff and I'm sure the above cases were very rare for them. Buying another for my business soon. Just thought I should offer my opinion as I feel the above comments are not typical of the way they operate.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they did try and be helpful but they made me wait and wait, they mis led me on many occasions. I had to clean it myself, chase to collect it, even after I paid for it. Lost £1200 on this and have already sold it on, didnt give it a test drive t my own fault as I was rushing to purchase, ive learnt so many harsh lessons The van just wasnt up to scratch, on every occasion i felt let down, they were great salesman as in convincing you to part with money just beyond that i was very unhappy, which is why im writing this review to let other people know what i went through at Direct Commercials

We really do try to offer the best service available when buying a new van. This incident and the one below that was caused by a member of staff who is no longer with us. I appreciate that ultimately its my responsibility but I was unaware of the details of your complaint. We now offer a no quibble warranty that we truly consider to be the best available. Its covered by ourselves as this warranty cannot be purchased from a third party as its so open. I really do not take complaints lightly and these two comments are very upsetting. I would assure anyone, that moving forward, we are happy to address any issues and now have a loan van for customers whilst any work is being carried out. Best regards, Paul (owner).
I purchased a van from these it had bad brakes,wiper wash motor failure, window winder handle broken, two illegal tyres, I purchased the van from 120 miles away so couldn't view the vehicle before arranging the finance but by then it was to late so picked up the van got it home and found the problems owners couldn't really care less I was assured it was in good condition etc but basically lied to me bunch of cowboys AVOID
