The experience with distinct motors was really good, I'd rate it at 5 with that. I am still waiting for the registered keeper V5 paper it still hasn't arrived which unfortunately has delayed me registering the vehicle in my name on the Tesla app as I need the v5 to do it so that's been frustrating but that's not distinct motors fault and I'm trying to be patient with that My husband has the Tesla app sorted and he walks away from the car and it locks on its own, I still have to use the car ahah Yeah we had a really good experience, the patience and the flexibility you had with time for us to be able to get the car after work is amazing and I really appreciate the thoroughness and checks before we picked up the car to make sure all was in working order Thank you so much!

Distinct Motors were just on the ball with everything. The salesman I dealt with was sound, he even waited about for me, he was really patient. I originally saw the car online and added it to the ones I liked so went to have a look. I have already recommended Distinct to my brother based on my great experience.

Distinct Motors were really good, I'd definitely recommend them! They were all friendly, explained everything and they weren't pushy. The Nissan Leaf is really good, I've had no issues with it.

There was numerous issues but none were the Distinct's fault and they did everything they could to sort it out for me. The service was brilliant and Paul was fantastic. Despite the issues with the car I have no issues with the dealer.

They were really good at Distinct Motors, they let me test drive the car twice before I brought it which I thought was very good. I am still waiting for my V5 but in terms of the car there is nowt wrong with it. I would return to Distinct Motors.

I bought my first car from Distinct Motors in January 2026, with no advisories on the MOT that the dealership had performed when they first got the car. 6 months later, I took the car for it’s MOT and it needed a complete new front subframe and the whole underneath of the car will need welding/replacing in the next couple of years due to serious corrosion all over. This has left me wondering why no corrosion was reported when the dealership performed their MOT of the car. I rang the dealership but they were unwilling to accept any responsibility in the matter.

Honestly, the scale to five stars just isn't big enough I would rate them 10! I have had some terrible experience's in the past and buying my Seat Ibiza from John at Distinct Motors. Everyone needs to hear about these guys as there really isn't many genuine dealers about, they truly went above and beyond John deserves special recognition for this.
