I am neurodivergent and I struggle with the stress of things especially when I don't understand everything. My car blew up on the motorway and I was in desperate need of a new one. The guys here made it smooth, stress free and got me a cheaper deal. Very greatful I just really appreciate their help and support throughout the whole process and for making it stress free!

High level of presentation, clean and good condition of bodywork, sufficient petrol in tank for an immediate test drive, helpful and knowledgeable explanation of how to operate car functions. And finally, efficient, professional sales process (paperwork etc) I enjoyed the whole process of what is a bewildering subject for me and a costly purchase. I remain delighted with the car itself. The BMW has been alright it was really easy to get the car with Distinct Motors. John and Collins customer service was really good they were really nice I looked at the car on the Saturday, and I had the car by Thursday. Five stars I would definitely go back there in the future.

This is my first electric car. I've found the transition not too bad, I just charge it overnight, so I'm not concerned about that. I have noticed on the motorway that the battery does go down quickly, so that's the only thing. I dealt with 2 gentlemen whose names I can't remember, but they were helpful. There was an issue with the logbook going to the wrong address, but it has been resolved now.

I needed a bigger car for the family. I haven't had the Toyota on the road just yet, my insurance starts in March. When I was at the dealership, what stood out to me was how well it was all handled. I was pleased with the transparency, and nothing was forced. If I could have taken the car on the motorway or somewhere I could get a bit of speed up, I'd have given it full marks.

John offered good customer service, and the Audi A1 has had no problems and seems to be running well so far.

Overall, distinct motors were helpful enough. The one thing I will say is that after driving the car around for a few weeks now, there are some imperfections that I think should have lowered the price of the car. With that being said, they are a good bunch of lads, and I'd give them 3 stars, as no one is perfect, and other than the issues I mentioned, I'm happy with the car.

Happy with the VW Golf, The guys I spoke to at the dealership were just really down to earth. Just had a good chat, they weren't in your face or pushy. I'd have to give a 5-star rating, as I have no complaints whatsoever.
