I'd be lying if I was 100% involved in the sale because my boyfriend sorted most of it. From what I can remember though, everything went smoothly. It was a far trip for us to make so if there were no issues with the car I knew we would be looking to take it home there and then. We arrived, had a look around the car and then was offered a test drive where we found 0 issues, so I happily took it. Everything was efficient from then on, the payment went through fine and in general everything went well. The furthest I tend to drive is to work and back which is a fair trip but the car has been great.

My Honda Civic has been absolutely brilliant! I had a battery issue, but as soon as I called, it was sorted right away with no fuss. John had great communication throughout, even before the sale. The car was priced right and in great condition for my budget. I'd been searching for a Honda for a while, and many cars were either out of my price range or in bad condition. But the one at this dealership was perfect and the team were super friendly, which made the sale stress-free.

For my first time getting a car from here I can say that it was honestly the perfect experience. So far my Audi A1 has been well, touchwood! The salesman didn't leave any questions unanswered and if he didn't know the answer he would go and ask instead of making it up on the spot. It was also a quick turnaround. From agreeing to take the car it only took a week for it to be ready to collect.

So far so good with the car (now named Steve). One or two small anomalies, but nothing majorly concerning. The buying process with Daniel was great. He was very helpful and made sure the car was ready on time to collect on the day.

I recently got a Ford Fiesta for my granddaughter, and she's really pleased with it for her first car! She is finding any excuse to take it out. The customer service was spot on, we had no problems at all. We thought Dan did a great job conducting the sale and he even took me out for a drive in the car before making my decision. I live in Liverpool, so I appreciated that the trip wasn’t wasted. The car was ready on time for pickup, and communication throughout was excellent. I’m happy to give them 5* I couldn't ask for more.

Daniel was amazing while I was going through the process of getting my Kia Sportage. I was made to feel very welcomed when I walked into the dealership and he was very professional from the word go. After a quick look around the car, I was offered a test drive and not once did I feel pressured to make the commitment to the car. I'm a social care worker so the car has had some miles put on it and I've not had any issues.

So far everything is running well with my Audi (touchwood) it stays that way. I'm not very good with names, but I found the gentleman on the day to be very informative and knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. Great all round first time experience.

I would recommend Distinct Motors all day long! The whole process was bang on. The car we were shopping for was for my young lad even though he's only doing a small amount of miles, he's very happy with it. After driving away there was a little issue with one of his seats but once we made John aware of this he was quick to get it in and the issue resolved. It's honestly been a fabulous experience.

I'm getting on very nicely with my Kia Optima. John, the salesman, was excellent and I found him to be very straightforward to deal with. After taking the car on a test drive, I flagged a few issues and these were all sorted out by the time I collected the car. The paperwork came through fine and on time. Having had a previous bad experience with another company, which was a nightmare from start to finish, it was refreshing to visit a company that is organised. I'd certainly rate them 5* everything was spot on.
