A great refreshing experience from day 1. Iv had the car just over 6 months and receive a follow up call to check I was happy with the car. Lovely friendly team and a great selection of over 100 cars with extended warranties and finance too. Thanks again guys and see you in 3 years when I upgrade

I purchased a car from these, Dave the salesman dealt with me from start to finish. He had excellent customer service. After I had purchased the car, I drove home and the engine light came on, on the motorway and went into limp mode. I could only travel 40mph on a busy motor way. I took it back to them and they told me they would get the car into the garage and fix it. They gave me my old car back which I had part exchanged. This now had no tax on it. They said it will be fine. After a few days I called them for an update on my new car and they told me someone had taken it home and the light had come back on. I wasn't happy with them taking my new car home and when I told Danny, he said "we can't do right for doing wrong" I called them and told them I wasn't happy driving round in an untaxed car so they gave me a courtesy car. A mondeo with one side light and one head light working, no water in the washer jets to clean the windows. I picked my new car up after another couple of days and drove home, no problems at all. This was until I went to a garage I use and he looked at the car for me to make sure the problems had been fixed. He discovered the problems had not been fixed and they had infact mapped the car to make sure these faults didn't show again. I asked them could I fix it myself at the garage I used regularly and danny said no, he would only use his garage where the car had been to before. I asked them repeatedly what work the garage had done Elton the car and all they could tell me is "im not mechanically minded" "something to do with the turbo" Now I know why they couldn't tell as they hadn't actually done any work on the car but put a map on it! I asked for a refund and they did issue a refund but this left me without a car for the time in 15 years. I have 4 children and need a car daily.

Hi Sam, we are really disappointed to read your rather misleading review. Yes you did encounter a problem with your car and after the independent garage cleaned and replaced the DPF, they recommended to road test the vehicle to ensure the DPF was repaired. We contacted you once this work was completed and you stated you did not want another experience like that- having restricted power on the motorway so we recommended that the vehicle should be road tested by ourselves on the motorway so that we could ensure we were happy with it before giving you the car back. You then complained stating you were not happy for us to use the car to which I stated "we cant do right for doing wrong." You didn't want us to road test the vehicle to ensure the DPF has been repaired, and you also refused to drive the vehicle yourself which prompted my response. In the meantime you were given your part-exchange back which was taxed accordingly but did not show as taxed immediately as DVLA's database can take up to 3 days to update taxed vehicles especially at weekends. After you finally allowed us to road tested the vehicle it was then returned to you. You then rang us the following day stating that you didn't have any confidence in the car and requested a refund which we honoured. To summarise I am disappointed you encountered problems with the vehicle but occasionally issues do develop with cars and as a business we tried our upmost to resolve this matter efficiently, promptly and as professionally as possible to minimise any inconvenience to yourself. Inquired about a car I found online told it was still available so drove over 40 mins to view it, seen it liked it cheap little run around which was what I was looking for, Paid deposit and received my invoice/ receipt of price, deposit and outstanding balance. On way home I received a call to say the company owner had listed the pricing online wrong and the car was over £1500 more than stated (it’s a 14 year old car with age related marks and not worth anymore than was advertised) told I would have to pay the higher price or my deposit would be refunded!! Never heard of anything like it in my life that the error on his behalf couldn’t be honoured what a complete waste of my time and petrol for this type of service wouldn’t ever look at a car from there again. The sales person was a nice guy but I would be worried about you employer complete joke 4 hours later the advert is still online for lower price don’t waste your time

After speaking to the sales manager it appeared the car was priced incorrectly due to an Autotrader glitch on their pricing system and we can only apologise for your experience. This issue has simply never happened before in over 8 years of trading and we can only apologies for this.
Great service from David 5Star from start to Finish no pushy salesmen met us gave us keys told us take has much time has you like had drive round compound I would highly recommend so enjoyable to be able to take our time didn't try pushing things onto us we didn't need a breath of fresh air

Discovered that alignment was slightly off after buying a car from them. Took it to my local garage and been told car had been in a crash, which I wasn’t told about. Emailed dealership and no reply so far. Be careful even if they're AA approved!

I can assure you as an AA approved dealer we are strictly audited each and every year by the AA to ensure we meet and surpass their quality control requirements as well as presenting each car with a new MOT. I can assure you that the vehicle has not been involved in any major accident as this would have been flagged up on any HPI check and any insurance check which was fully clear on your vehicle. Car is perfect.. but the advert for the car was misleading. It stated 15month warranty or free nationwide delivery included in the price of the car. Was told no delivery was available as I stay too far away. When collecting the car I was told there was only a 3 month warranty on the car and if I wanted the 15 month one it was subject to 'terms and conditions'. This T&C turned out to be me paying an additional £500 to have the warranty. Tried to resolve the situation with the garage but in any solution they offered it would involve me paying more money to get the warranty they stated in the advert was included in the price of the car. A shame this has left a black cloud over what would otherwise have been an easy and hassle free car purchase.
