Bought a Ford transit with 3 month warranty. After a week it started blowing excessive smoke, d.l..s said there was nothing wrong with it. £1000 new turbo fitted and problem still not fixed. Avoid any vans from d.l.s. Commercials

Our charity purchased a van from DLS Commercials last August that was advertised with Aircon and 3 month warranty. Air con & central locking was not working, The engine collapsed after a few wks. Regardless of the warranty DLS refused to collect the van when it broke down telling us it was our problem. As a result it cost us hundreds in recovery & alternative van hire while they took 3 wks to refund us. Their customer service was appaulling and they treated us as a nuisance.

I bought a Mercedes sprinter found out it didnt have mercedes proper exhaust cost 2 thousand didnt want to know just be careful when buying from DLS Commercials.

Brought a Toyota proace 2013 plate in January of this year. six months ive had this vehicle and I am now replacing the clutch and gearbox . the gearbox has to be ordered from japan at £4,500 plus labour and a clutch I paid £7,500 for the van and this company does not want to know anything about my complaint even though I do low milege.. Please be aware when buying from this company , it coud cost you !
