10 hours ago Warranty issue My Mazda3 is currently 2,5 year old. I have issue with display it keeps resetting itself, so unable to use rear cam, music, sat nav etc. I booked an appointment to have a look at it. I heard from a friend it can be SD card issue, so I took it out, since than have no problem, it works perfectly. I called the service and I explained it, I asked if I can have a new SD card. I was told I can collect one and it will be free of charge, I can pick it up any time. I asked if really necessary to keep the appointment due to we know what is the source of the issue. Nobody told me still needs a procedure to confirm it and better to keep the appointment. So I popped in to swap the SD card. Turned out they can't do it, I will need a new appointment. They didn't seem to even feel bad about it. What kind of costumer service is it????? I mean I understand if they need to investigate it to claim for a new card, but in that case just let me know, and provide the correct information. I wasted my today.....
The arrogance and ignorance of one man made buying a Mazda not only stressful but deeply regrettable. He couldn’t be bothered to be kind and considerate but instead was demoralising and condescending. Such a shame when the other salesman was so kind and considerate but unfortunately busy with another client at the time of my visit. Deep regrets of ever setting foot in this place. Customer service a sham because of one man.

Great sales experience till I put the deposit down. After that it was weeks till I could pick it up, I wasn’t told there was a VIP event meaning I couldn’t collect earlier, then was given bank details after 5 on a Friday and transferred the cash before being told they couldn’t check till Monday when I was due to pick up the car Saturday. I picked it up and was told I’d be given a call a few days later to see how it was. That call never came but I had discovered a fault by then which is still not resolved. The after sales team in Bury are nice but I’d never buy a car from here again and wish I hadn’t bought this one.

Just wanted everyone to know that I purchased my dream car yesterday - soft top Mazda MX5, 3 years old in the brightest red possible. Throughout our purchase we dealt with a great salesman called Aidan Sutton. From the beginning he listened to what we wanted and came up with the perfect car. He was extremely polite and smiled and just came across as someone who loves their job and very customer focused. He is an asset to the dealership. Thanks very much.

I bought a Mazda CX 5 Estate 2 months ago from Donalds Mazda and am very happy to say this car suits me in every way. Lots of features,easy driving, and has fills all my needs,Great! The sales personals are really helpful and kind, it was a wonderful experience., Toby, Sam ,Melvin and the Manager Jordan all come out with a smile and assist me with the right choice for me. Purchased the above car early December shocking after sales service never tried to sort the issues out. Not even replied to me and somehow Donalds Mazda managed to remove my review, will not be letting this problem just be brushed under the carpet.

Found the car my son was after online and spoke to a helpful Melvin and put down a £250 deposit over the phone. We made the 180mile round trip today to to Donalds Mazda to take a look and hopefully make that purchase. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jordan who despite being very busy (as only 2colleagues were on duty today, due to illness) couldn’t have been more helpful. A test drive and agreement on price ensued and before we left ‘complementary’ new brake-pads all ‘round and a happy son (and father) headed off for home. Jordan (and Brad) you guys were awesome, cracking service, great car, not local for us but worth the travel for service like that. Thanks.

I have purchased a car from Peterborough Donalds Mazda and I must say the service was a spot on! I wanted to take my car home on the same day and the guy in office (Melvin) done a great job to make it happen! Great service, great team and I am very pleased with my purchase!

Purchased a used Smart car from Donalds Peterborough in December. I travelled a couple of hours to get there, car was meant to be MOT’d prior to my arrival but they hadn’t done it! They new I had taken the train there so there wasn’t much I could do at the time. I asked for some money off as a result but they refused to accept and instead I was offered a warranty with “guarantied MOT pass” so took the car. 3 months in it failed the MOT due to a worn tyre.... not covered under their useless warranty. May I add that they had registered the warranty wrong and had the car down on the wrong reg do it was showing as a Vauxhall Corsa. I had to go to a fair bit of effort to get this changed around.... the dealer was meant to call me back after I had called them a number of time, I don’t think they called back once.... eventually it was sorted. 3 weeks later washer bottle cracked emptying itself..... not cover under their shit warranty. Then went to have it serviced, previous had cracked the sump and sealed it with silicone or something. So at the service it had to have a new sump. Guess what.... it wasn’t covered under the warranty again! I called and ask the dealer to help cover the cost as I have spent £500 on the car in 6 months... the car only cost £2800 so as fair percentage of the total paid! They pretty much said tough luck and they could help as it wasn’t anything they had done! The manager has changed since I got the car however it seemed to give his even more reason not to car as he wasn’t there when the purchase was made! I am currently in the process of seeking further advise! AVOID at at all cost! Very unhelpful!
