Went in to have my brake oil changed and mot. Then called to find out they were going to charge me £690. They went ahead so they say and done a full service.? Well the local manager Steven Was so common and rude tried to say they could not get hold of me to mention about the full service, Rubbish. I called and spoke to him and refused to pay any more than what I was quoted when I made my booking £207.45 So so poor BMW shame.
Bought new Mini Countryman at the end of June. Loved it. Problems started with the frosty weather. Rubbers round doors froze together and I couldn't access car. Discussed prolem with dealer then got passed from pillar to post with no solution. With great reluctance the car went back to the dealer at great cost to myself. Only solution was to put me in another Mini!!! Why would I go down that route again? Really disgusted with whole process and feel really let down. A 4x4 that you can't get into is not fit for purpose. But....why should they care....they wouldn't lose out. Poor follow up service.

Shocking customer service at Douglas Park Stirling. Totally mis-sold BMW service plan. Told plan would help me avoid any 'nasty' service cost surprises. Car booked in for simple vehicle check and oil change today and they carry out a full major service without my permission then tell me service plan doesn't cover it. Needless to say it was a very nasty surprise bill! Was also mis-sold tyre insurance on the basis that car had run-flat tyres (as all my previous BMWs have) only to find car has standard tyres that they then charge to have punctures repaired! To add insult to injury when I collected the car it had new warning lights showing as service engineer hadn't put car back together properly! Questionable service from the garage over the years but today was the last straw!

Ordered my BMW X1 from Douglas Park BMW Stirling on the 3rd Dec was told I could collect it on Monday 28th. The Car was shipped to England,Dealership phoned to say my Car was being checked because of a failure th the taillight not working.I think the fact I received a Box from M&S with plant,,tea bags & shortbread tells me there must be something far wrong. It is not being told the truth that is getting me down,I have been through Cancer treatment and was told the truth,getting the new car was to be a bonus. STIRLING
