I have been dealing with Dove house for a number of years both with the sale of a Bentley and a Porsche. The service I have received both in terms of purchasing the vehicles as well as after sales care has been second to none. On the servicing side once again I would recommend them fully. I only wish some of the main dealers of prestigious manufactures gave the same amount of care and enthusiasm. A very big thank you to both Simon and Nick.

Bought a 64 plate Porsche Cayman from Dove House Motor Company recently. From initial enquiry to collection, I received excellent service from both Simon and (in his absence) Nick. Am confident that should I have any queries down the line Dovehouse will deal with them appropriately. My husband had many years of excellent service from Dovehouse looking after his Maserati Quattroporte, which is why we went to them when looking for the Porsche.

Initially thought everything was great after purchasing my first Porsche from here. Immediately sent it to a main Porsche dealership only to be told that there were a lot of issues. Rear discs and pads were critical and flywheel needed replacing for example. Fair play after contacting the company they took the car back and fixed the issues raised. However weeks later I had a complete system failure resulting in the car being written off. Water through a blockage had been flooding underneath the floorboards for a considerable amount of time according to the garage I sent it to and confirmed by the insurance engineer. It was deemed a complete write off. I had only owned this car for five months. I have emailed dove house motors with this information and have never received a reply!!!! Not even an acknowledgement. No wonder they only offer a 3 month warranty?Suffice to say this has cost me considerably. I only bought this car on the 21st of September 2018, and did less than 2000 miles in it . I’ll leave the rest to you.

As part of our sales preparation we complete a 111 point check, the same as that carried out by Porsche main dealers, which is undertaken by our highly experienced and award winning Porsche trained technicians. As a result of this check we replaced the clutch but also as part of our sales process every car is supplied with 12 months MOT that is undertaken by a third party garage. After collecting the vehicle the customer took the car to his local Porsche centre for an inspection, where they informed him that the clutch was noisy and also advised rear brakes were low. He called us and we were happy to oblige and have a look at the car to attend to any necessary items. After inspection from ourselves we deduced that the clutch was slightly noisy due to the flywheel so replaced this under warranty and as a gesture of goodwill decided to replace the brakes which were around 65% worn. If the brakes were critical then it would not have passed an MOT and Porsche would not have released the car for the customer to drive away. As far as we were aware this was the only issue with the car which we resolved amicably. With regards to the water damage we have tried to call and email the customer with no response, so not sure why it is claimed that we have not responded. If this had been a known issue then surely this would’ve been spotted by either ourselves, the MOT station or the Porsche main dealer who were instructed to inspect the car.
Thought I had Bought a car from Dove House Motor Company. I was aware there were other people coming to view the car so I declared an interest to buy it over the phone before they viewed it. Contacted them the next day as they hadn't confirmed the deal and found out they had sold it to the other guy. Completely Un-Professional!

Unfortunately I can’t be specific as I don’t know your name but I can categorically say that we never take deposits over the phone without that person viewing the car first. Due to the high demand we often have several people interested in the same car and therefore have to work on a first come first served basis
Back in July I purchased a vehicle from Dove House Motor Company. The car was had been in the garage for 8 weeks. The issues are not severe but i have given the garage a time frame in order to get the issues resolved. They have been very cooperative but I would not recommend them based on my experience.
