Very bad (awful) customer service and lack of communication at Doves Volvo in Croydon. Also I was unhappy with the cost of the final invoice as it seems that the amount of hours charged for the work done on my car does not reflect the timespan that my vehicle was there.

Great service every staff member at Doves Volvo Croydon was polite and very helpful would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a new car.
