Bought a 21 Plate Silver V60 last week from Rybrook Preston Volvo. Brilliant car and excellent service from start to finish, it was brilliant. From initially visiting branch and being shown several cars, I picked the vehicle up 6 days later. Lee even assisted me with selling my other vehicle. Dealt with Lee for the vehicle sale and was brilliant throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Even gave me his mobile number incase i had any problems after leaving branch, went out of his way later at night about organising delivery of the vehicle and selling my other. Particularly like the contactless paper work all done after the sale with Paul. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a Volvo. Didn't get that cheesy "salesman vibe" from Lee or any of the staff at Volvo.
Nothing but appalling service from Doves Volvo Preston NO care, no interest, not helpful. Was rung up to participate in a servey from the management - told them what i thought. - absolute no follow up. Dont waste your time or money on this place. An insult to Volvo. They say they will pick up the car from place of work, then never turn up, wasting my time to take the car. Cancel appointments, and ignore requests.
Nothing wrong with the car it's Volvo number 6 it's just the service you receive from the garage,ever time it's booked in for something you always get a call the day before saying you can't have a courtesy car,excuse this time customer has extended his time with car.Have now checked with other owners and out of 11 only one other has had this problem. The thing we have in common is our cars are mobility.Both of us have had the same problem plus neither of us has had a call to say the car is ready, dropped ours of at 8 in morning we phoned at 5:30 only to be told "we have been phoning you" a total lie we only have mobiles both not showing any calls.10 people who had purchased or leased their cars no problems always get courtesy car and calls.So it must be discrimination and my £57 per month not worthy of equal treatment

We were visiting our daughter at UNI and had some time to kill. Our next car was going to be a Volvo so called in for look. Excellent service from Jason, Not pushy at all and listened to our requirements whilstv offering differing options in order to meet our needs. Eventually bought an XC90 that day. A bit odd as we live in Suffolk and we hope to have electricity any time soon in our lovely county so may even get a dealership!! All the staff I interacted with were very helpful and approachable which the transition that much easier. Thank you to Jason for keeping us informed throughout the purchase. Would recommend Doves Volvo in Preston to others.
Bought a Volvo S60 new from this garage and that's exactly where it lived for 18 months! Service and repair department and sub standard and management very ignorant. Walk round the corner and buy a BMW from bowkers - that what I ended up doing as problems could not be fixed in my S60 - never been happier. Don't buy from here.
