I recently bought a car from Downsway and Martina was great from the start with no problem with a test drive without the usual [we need all your details hassle]. The car was delivered and all the paperwork was done including road tax and I am delighted with the car.

I bought my Citroen C4 just over a week ago, no hassle from any salesperson, Martina was very courteous and helpful, one week later the clutch went, contacted them ,the next day both Martina and her dad, John arrived with a courtesy car took the C4 back to the garage, got my car back yesterday with a new clutch fitted, they have been first class from the start, I would definitely recommend them, excellent service and back up to match.

Bought 2 cars from John, Citroen C3 Picasso and Suzuki Alto. John was professional and courteous throughout even gave us a decent deal on a clapped out 04 Zafira.
C3 has been driven extensively for a month now including up to Kilmarnock twice; no issues at all.
Alto found there was a hesitation in accelerating, phoned up, car booked in, dropped in at garage, went to Tesco for weekly shop. Upon return new spark plugs fitted hesitation gone. Again car has been well tested post purchase driving up to Central Belt, lovely drive.
Nothing but praise for the team at Downsway. Will not hesitate to return if right car on forecourt.
