Issues with car after the sale. No response from emails disgraceful customer after service
Fantastic company. Had to call one of the sales manager Mitch Green so many times asking him sort of questions but always keen to assist me and they were very friendly and professional and sorted my queries out efficiently. The whole experience was very positive and I would use this company again and again, thanks to Mitch and his mate, sorry I forgot his name he was so helpful he takes his time to explain everything for me to understand, the car was so clean and even fill the car with fuel for me, will definitely recommend this company to anyone who might need their service.

Absolutely shocking. Reserve a vehicle online, pay a fee, receive confirmation, call next day to confirm, be advised they can’t find confirmation. Send confirmation as requested only to be told that the vehicle has been sold to someone else anyway. Have never had anything like this before when buying ANYTHING let alone a car or vehicle. First time “attempting” to purchase something with Lookers, will NEVER use or recommend to anyone. Absolute joke!!

Made a visit to Lookers Mercedes-Benz for technical advice, reception desk on entering showroom was swift and polite. Asked to take a seat in reception and someone from service dept will come and assist. I waited for someone to arrive to an extent of seeing the start & finish of the 800m race + studio discussion + start and finish of the 1500m race + stadium discussion + the first 5 mins of the heptathlon! Please sort out your customer attention or failing that provide coffee and biscuits. PS. My technical question got answered.

Every time I come to Mercedes Shrewsbury I am very wecolmed by Victoria & Laura and in the service department Mike & Richard are a credit to what they both know in every shape or form very helpful and polite with their knowledge what a fantastic pair working together thanks again Mr Mark Fellows
in a nutshell once they have got your money they don't care any more. after sale service is rubbish.phone calls are not returned and there is no communication from one department to another.To many problems to list. Very unhappy having spent £24.000. NEVER AGAIN.
I searched Mercedes approved cars found what i wanted on Thursday said i would ring Saturday to confirm i would be travelling down on Sunday to buy as per description could do everything to help as promised rang saturday spoke to sales was busy asked if salesman would check car was still available that i did not want to travel over 100 miles no he could not check he would get them to ring back, eventually after having had no response she was emailed her eventually she did ring back but only after i had made plans to travel she said car had been sold earlier however if i paid £1000 deposit i could have a similar car with higher mileage from Worcester depot delivered to shrewesbury for next weekend for same money. If car was sold why not email me straight away or phone rather than I having to chase her up. Totally ignorant and unprofessional I had £20,000.00 to spend no part exchange
