Bought my first car last month and i needed somebody who could advise me with what and what not. Thankfully I gambled with Drew dealership as I live in Milton Keynes and took off to go to Wokingham. David helped in everything, soft spoken nice guy never pressurised. Car was clean from inside and out. Practically new and that too on unbeatable price. Would 100% recommend David and Drew motors.

David Drew from Drews Motor Company Ltd in response to The dealer who tries to con people
Dear Sir or Madam We always endeavour to make sure the cars we sell are of great quality which is why we always Service, MOT and professionally valet each car. We take pride on what we do which is why we have been trading since 1991 and have sold more than 10,000 cars and have many happy customers coming back again and again. If you have had a bad experience I would like to know about it. Please kindly contact me directly on 01189 775770 David Drew Director (suspect malicious review).
The correct procedure for a review is to critique and give honest feedback so others can make their own decisions based on your experience. Ref WF11 UAU Three days after taking deliver of my car from Drews Motor Company it was evident there was a problem with the self levelling suspension which is also known as airmatic suspension. I emailed this issue to the dealer who failed to acknowledge the email or even offer the courtesy of a reply. In order to communicate with the dealer, I took photographs of the problem and watts app’d the dealer with the evidence. The dealer sent me away to get the car diagnosed locally. The garage gave him the diagnosis and a price to which the dealer stated that he could do the work more cheaply. I reminded him of his duty under the consumer rights act 2015 and rejected this faulty vehicle within the allowable 30 days. The dealer instructed his Lawyers called Lawgistics who wrote to me stating it was a was a wear and tear issue and I wasn’t entitled to a refund. Yes, you read this correctly, Wear and Tear after only 3 days. Make your own mind up. As it was becoming evident that the dealer was hoping I would simply go away. I contacted the AA as the dealer had signed up to the AA dealer promise and they agreed to mediate. They also reminded the dealer of the fact that in their opinion he was breaching the Consumer Rights act 2015. Drews Motor Company eventually agreed to repair the car and I agreed to allow them to try and fix the problem. The first repair failed. The second repair failed because the dealer supplied parts to the mechanic that were of such poor quality they failed on installation. The third repair didn’t happen because the dealer failed to supply a working part to the mechanic. This is now twelve weeks since I bought the car. I was left with no choice other than to start legal proceedings. It goes without saying that the court found in my favour and Drews Motor Company Ltd had Breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The Judge awarded me the full cost of the Vehicle and my fixed costs. Having been through all the excuses, the delaying tactics, the uncooperative and obstructive behaviour and the unwillingness to resolve the issue without being pressurised to do so by the AA mediation team I obtained the correct outcome and the dealer has now refunded the cost of the car and my costs. The dealer even had the audacity to tell the court he was an approved AA retailer. He certainly is not approved by the AA but has simply signed up to the dealer promise. My experience shows that he didn’t adhere to the promise he signed up to. After reading my review you can make your own mind up if this is the type of dealership you want to do business with. Remember you are the customer and there are hundreds of second hand car dealers wanting your money. It shouldn’t be this way when buying a car and I am sure most dealers behave in the correct way. Just not this one.

The character who wrote this review is Financial advisor with dubious letters after his name. He definitely does not have any personality disorders or mental health issues and did not knowingly provide incorrect bank details for £9500 make of his review what you will, David Drew Director
Many thanks David once again! I’ve been a returning customer buying 3 cars now over 12 years. 100% credit on preparation, cars have been serviced and mot’d prior to collection. Any issue with a car is swiftly sorted out and always returned valeted. Many thanks once again
L manoubi in response to Great service again!!!
please peaple don t buy a car from this dealer his not honest at all he sells faulty cars and he ll try to escape from the problem and you ll have trouble getting your money back very bad experience with this bad guy called david
When we visited Drew's Motor Company to look at a specific vehicle David went through the car carefully nand then said he would let us assess it in our time. We asked to test drive and David invited us to take it out on our own, which meant we could relax and driv normally. We decided to buy the car and pointed a couple of items that needed attention and David readily agreed to sort them out for us. When we arrived the car was immaculate and we everything he said would be done actually was. This purchase has been a great experience David has been very helpful and his wife Lynn even went through the controls with my wife so she felt comfortable with it. We don't anticipate any problems but we sure that David will take care of any issues during the warranty period. Thanks to you both and keep up the good work

If you value your money, don’t purchase from Drews Motor Company. They sell faulty cars and they blame you for it. They have a black Range Rover evoque which had a faulty gasket. They tried to hide and sell me the car for almost £17k. God was so good for their plan to fail. The car smoked out and the salesperson tried to blame me for driving the car silly. like really, how does driving a car cause the gasket to blow and all the coolant leaked. No call or apology from david! Now I see why their house is up for sale, just plain bad, and now they fixed it, they increased the price of the car- now this should have been done before the car is put up for sale. Be careful and don’t trust them

Very happy with my BMW 530 SE, great service, no quibble about the missing spare wheel, they ordered one from BMW which was there next day. The staff leave you in peace to look at the car, David makes the whole business very relaxed and I would definitely buy from them again.
The car had a problem with the instrument panel and because we were taking it out of area we asked to get it done at a garage local t us. David was very understanding; he told us to get the repair done and send him the invoice and then sent instant payment when we sent him the invoice. Buying from Drews Motor Company was hassle free and very helpful service from start to finish!

Very happy with the Jeep we recently purchased from Drews Motor Co. A nice relaxed environment to view the cars in (not your traditional second hand car sales forecourt and all the better for it) leading to a straightforward, non pressurized and hassle free sale.

I bought a part exchange VW Polo from Drews Motor company on the 4 January 2017. When chatting to David, I asked him to please let me know of any issues with the car. All he said was that the ABS light is on and it would cost a few hundred pounds to sort. I again asked him to please be upfront with me, as I could not afford huge service bills. He tried to fob me off with 'we are selling this as part exchange, so want it gone' This to me meant that he was telling me all. Sadly a few days later when having to go on a very long business trip, I found that the heating in the car does not work, the speakers are shot (they vibrate if the radio is above a whisper) the car also makes a terrible noise when reversing. I tried to communicate this to David, who told me he was not interested as there was no warranty on the car and was sold as part exchange. I am furious, as I don't have money to fix all these errors on the car,, which David knew when I was talking to him and feel that Drews Motor Company basically screwed me!!
