Bought a golf from Drive Away 4 under 3k last July only to find out that the dual mass flywheel needed replacing only 3 weeks later, I called the warranty that I had been given with the car, only to be told that it wasn't covered as the warranty only covers gearbox and clutch.... to my understanding the clutch is part of the dual mass flywheel?? I had to spend over £600 fixing this. A month after that my cruise control broke, and there was black smoke coming from the back end, i had to spend another £300 fixing that. All the while the dealers were unable to talk to me or nothing I needed fixing was covered under the warranty I had been given. Terrible service and they shouldn't be allowed to sell cars to anyone, or at the very least don't give away "full warranty cover" .

1 star is too generous for Drive away 4 under £3k. I Bought a car which broke down four days later. The company took no responsibility and refused to repair unless I pay. Ended up taking them to court then bailiffs, they couldn't claim goods as the company changed their name, however when I called they answered under the 'old' name. Avoid like the plague!

I bought a car from these people and i was shown the mot certificate that said it had no advisories. When they handed me the keys and all the paperwork i found the original mot certificate which said there were 3 or 4 serious advisories so the garage had whited out a copy of the mot certificate. The dealer was pushy but we needed a car. Do not use these people. Worst type of human imaginable.

Bought a car on finance, 3 months have gone and now have to pay for alot of things to be done to it, costing me thousands never go to this dealership, also papers had no contact number or address for the place i bought the car.

Do not use this car dealer. They are not very helpful once they have your money.

Karl Griffin in the last week Rogue traders. Sold me a BMW for £5600. I had it checked out by a specialist after I noticed a few issues and it had 2 buckled wheels and needed a new timing chain (engine out job would've cost over £2000 to do). I returned the car to the garage and they told me to put my concerns in writing if I wanted a refund. I did so and then chased them up a week later only to be told that the car was my problem and they "don't do refunds". I was eventually able to claim my money back via a debit dispute with the help of my bank but had to read lies upon lies which these cowboys tried to use to defend the claim. Fortunately the bank were wise to their BS and I received my money back today. These guys are the most despicable bunch or a-holes I've ever encountered. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I did a credit check on them and found that they have 11 CCJs outstanding and their previous business folded with 15 CCJs outstanding. They lie, cheat and make weird threats when you complain. They trade as motorchoice, motor trust, prestige cars of Bristol and under 3k cars.
