We absolutely love our Kia—it’s a smashing little car! Reece was so lovely, and he helped make the whole transition stress-free. He also made sure we had the chance to take the car for a test drive before we made our decision, which really helped us feel confident about the purchase. We are extremely pleased with the Niro. My husband has had a total elbow replacement operation and is still recovering; he is not allowed to drive at the moment, so he is sitting inside learning what all the buttons do! I have not driven for about 20 years, but I am now driving around the local area, and I love it!

Everything is going well with my wife’s MG—no issues at all, touch wood. We’ve even had a home charger installed, which makes life so much easier. Reece was faultless throughout the process. His service was brilliant, and he couldn’t have done a better job. We really appreciated his professionalism and friendly approach. When it’s time to change our vehicle in the future, we’ll definitely be giving him a call.

I normally buy used cars privately, but I wanted a Nissan Leaf e+n-tec, which was a limited edition so there aren’t many for sale. Drive Green had one: a 2020 with 56000 miles on the clock. That’s quite a high mileage, but Drive Green provide a battery health check with every car and this suggested the battery was in good condition. I must admit, I was a bit wary putting a £500 deposit on a car 175miles away but I shouldn’t have been. Drive Green serviced the car and MOT'd it. The latter required 3 new tyres and I was very impressed to see they had fitted good quality mid-range Nexen tyres: exactly what I would have fitted myself. We combined picking up the car with a couple of days in Bath. Reece is very friendly and very knowledgeable: we even had a brief discussion about V2H (Vehicle to Home) which, I suspect, would not be possible with most EV sales people. To me, the car was in better condition than the video had suggested: I could barely see the minor marks pointed out in the video. There was no need to explain the controls as we’ve had two Leafs previously. I remember Reece’s parting words “Enjoy it!” I believe he was confident he had sold us a good car and he genuinely wanted us to enjoy it. So far, we are indeed enjoying the car and the mileage we are getting suggests the battery condition is indeed good. I have no hesitation in recommending Drive Green.
