DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.. upon purchased in the car, everything seemed to be okay.. When I got home that’s when the problem started I checked it over as was told that there was a full ballot done on it and found dead bugs mould.. And then checked my MOT considering I was told that had a full 12 months MOT on it and only had three months left they didn’t MOT it when they said they did.. Automatically rang and said about it and they apologised and said it was meant to go in for one yesterday but it didn’t But they didn’t think to tell me they did book it in for an MOT.. It took months for them to agree to Full valet, I had David as salesman, And he seemed alright at first, but then when he told me not to email him just to ring him over the phone so that I had no paper trace Alarm Bells started ringing, After just having the car for three months, I was casually driving along the motorway in the third lane and my car just went bang and I started losing power while I had my kids in the car. I panicked honestly thinking that I was going to cause a massive crash on the m5 Lucky enough, I managed to get to the side but when I called Vauxhall old shop to let them know that that’s happened, they Had informed me, I warranties went out and pretty much they don’t care!! I have taken this further and I’ve made a formal complaint as I did email the main manager at Aldershot and he just ignored my email!! All I asked from them to pay back the part for the car that I had to replace But they won’t even do that!! So I promise you, there’s better garages out there that are selling cars do not go with these guys!!

Just got my brand new car from Drive Vauxhall and I’m utterly in love with it. Sales consultant Andy Goode was so very helpful in helping me pick the right car for me. Nothing is much trouble for him. He has great customer skills and is very knowledgeable a definite asset to Drive Vauxhall.

Crisspatt has been incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision to choose the Corsa E, especially since we were not familiar with electric vehicles. We've bought 2 cars within 6 months from this dealer. Our first experience was wonderful and we went back again. This time, David made the experience even more special.He was friendly and took his time to explain the different offers available to me This allowed me to make informed decison every step of the way. I asked him to accompany me for a test drive and I fell so much in love with the car. On the day of pick up, I couldn't believe the beauty of my newly purchased car. The sales man himself was amazing and very friendly. However 6 days into owning the car the issues started. 3 months later I still do not have my car back after being fobbed off multiple times when I raised concerns about smoke coming from the exhaust the finally took me seriously on day 28 of my warranty to tell me it needed a full engine change. They have had the car since middle of June. The sales manager is appealing. Laughed at me down the phone. I am now looking at going to the ombudsman and trading standards. Do not buy a car from here.
A shambolic organisation to avoid at all costs. My car was delivered 10 months after they said it would. The updates during this delay were awful. They lied about the financial deal being the same, the made numerous mistakes, sent me the wrong charging cable for the car, changed the model of the car I received, made a mistake registering the car with the DVLA, twice, ignored emails and calls. At every stage they did something wrong. Go anywhere else to buy a car.

My experience with Drive Vauxhall's Aldershot branch was by far the worst I've ever had when buying a product. I purchased a Mokka X from them, expecting a smooth transaction and a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered right from the beginning. Upon receiving the car, I noticed some glaring issues. There was paint missing, leaving exposed metal and even a dented door. These were significant flaws that should have been addressed prior to the sale. To make matters worse, I was initially assured that if any problems arose, I could have them addressed at their Leicester branch, as I live in that area. However, this turned out to be just one of many lies I was told by a certain salesman who seemed more interested in making the sale than providing honest and reliable service. When I tried to contact the salesman regarding the issues with the car, he dodged multiple calls. After a frustrating month and a half of owning the car, I had no choice but to threaten them with external action in order to get a call back from the branch. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is simply unacceptable. To my shock and dismay, when I finally managed to get a call back, they began accusing me of various serious things related to the car I had part-exchanged with them. These accusations were unfounded and baseless, causing unnecessary distress and frustration. I refuse to repeat the nature of these allegations here, but it is important to note how serious they were. In the end, I had to bypass the Aldershot branch altogether and directly seek assistance from Drive Vauxhall's Leicester branch. Thankfully, the staff there were much more pleasant and willing to help. However, it is utterly disappointing that I had to resort to outside agencies to resolve such a small matter. Based on my terrible experience, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Drive Vauxhall's Aldershot branch. Their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and poor customer service make them entirely unreliable. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs!
Best advice I can give anyone do not buy from Vauxhall !!! Absolutely disgusting customer services ! The service department never get back to you , they have had our car for weeks now claiming they can’t get parts, yet the fault is a fault that’s very common in the grand lands, so clearly poorly built ! They should be giving us a courtesy car but havnt got any and won’t even try to compensate this. So we are now left paying finance for a car we can’t use we have 3 children to do school runs for im also pregnant and need to get to hospital appointments and Vauxhall don’t seem to care !! I will never buy a Vauxhall again !

Bought a 3.5 years old Ford from Drive after 6 weeks ABS&TCS didn't work. When I called them about it I was told you only get 30 days warranty. I will never deal with this cowboy firm again. Absolute con.
Took a car for test drive told them radio keeps switching off an on. With battery discharge sign. They said they will fix it. . On the day of sale I asked Freddie did you fix it. He says yes and took it for a test drive I asked about getting parts. They said no issue at all. I went few hundred yards . Then it happened again. I went back withing 5 mins . Then they said I would have to wait 4 weeks . Then when I got courtesy car they wanted it back in few hours they double booked. They said I would need to wait another 3 months that's third of a year. They refuse to undo the deal the refuse any help. Now they don't answer my emails. Failure are failure . I even emailed general sales manager no response. Don't go near them
