My car went to Drive Vauxhall Hartlepool for non-fault accident repairs. My insurers arranged collection of this vehicle due to the large amount of liquid released under the car and over the engine upon impact. I was contact by the garage to say vehicle was ready, I asked what the liquid was and was told there were no leaks, I explained that there had been and was told this would be investigated prior to collection. I arrived to collect the vehicle and again asked about the spill, I was categorically told that all fluid levels had been checked and all were full, In less than five minutes after trying to use the window washers they did not work, I went to fill up the washer bottle and the liquid poured straight onto the floor. My concern is that what else haven't they checked? The trust has gone in this garage, I asked for my hire car back and was told the repair department had gone home and it was not sales problem but it was mine, (I am sure they are proud of this type of customer service), the sales guy refused to call the lease garage to try and sort this out in the end the service manager took control.

I purchased a car here 2 months ago. Jamie was my sales person and he made it smooth and simple. No question went unanswered. I felt reassured that the vehicle I was purchasing was in good working order.
Asked if they had a certain vehicle in an automatic, there was one in a different branch, I was happy to go to the other branch but the salesman Jamie told me it might not be on site so he would bring it down for me, I had to pay £100 to secure this, and it would be there in 2 days, I had to call him to chase it up and it ended up 6 days later, the car was awful so declined it and asked for my deposit to be returned, I was told it would take a week, 18 days later it’s still not in my account and Jamie will lie or avoid your calls, I have purchased my last 6 cars from this dealership but I will never use them again after this service.
I have I car to be repaired with them though insurance and I called them just once to see what's going with my car and after I spoke with a lady from reception somebody from repairs garage told me that I need to speak with my insurer because my repairers was cancelled by my insurer. I checked with my insurer and it wasn't true so I think this is racism because my car is a taxi and I am not British I will never recommend this company for not British to deal with them.

I have just purchased a Vauxhall zafira and Alex the salesman was absolutely amazing from start to finish nothing was a problem to him
I recently purchased a vehicle from Drive Hartlepool. The salesman was very good and could not fault him at all. However the vehicle had all the signs of Bluetooth connectivity both on the stereo and steering wheel. Sadly this was not the case. Upon collection the salesman and another trainee salesman attempted to pair my phone. When it didn't work I was informed it would require a wire. Thus said I took the vehicle and found out it didn't have Bluetooth of which I require for safety and legal reasons. I spoke to them and they did not want to know. Even the finance company tried. I offered to take time out of my day and even drive from Hartlepool to Newcastle to get this matter resolved at a fraction of the cost at only £150.Salesman was great but after care once they have your money is shocking. Up until this happened I would of gladly purchased another vehicle from them. Not now thou. Also thier Stockton branch offered a 12.mths warranty and all I got was 30 days. GREED! Not a happy customer.

Saw a car I wanted to test drive on AutoTrader, rang up and asked to view it the next day. Put through to a call centre and they booked me in. Turned up the next day and the car wasn't even there! Apparently it was due to come in "any day now". Absolute time waste.

I was very happy with Drive Vauxhall, the car I bought back in September has been terrific and the sale went exactly as I would have hoped. I can't fault them at all and if I should need another car in the future I will consider them again.

I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from Drive Vauxhall just under 2 months ago, the after sales care was excellent , I had a problem with the accelerator so I called them, they came out to pick the car up, fixed it by the next day and returned it to my doorstep at no expense to myself.
