My partner and I went in to Drive Vauxhall Leicester to look at changing our car. After looking around we saw a couple of cars that we liked. Salesman Pete came over to us and we showed him the car's that we were interested in. He was helpful in telling us what the differences were in each car and explained if Auto, Electric or Manual . After looking again we chose a Corsa Manual 1.2. Pete was brilliant in advising us on the best option to suit our needs. He explained everything to us so we understood the process of getting the car we wanted. 10 out of 10 to Pete for the service we had from him. Thank you Pete for making the experience a good one.

We will not use this garage again and would not reccomend to any other Motability customer. Having confirmed they would pick the car up from our home when the service was due when we ordered the car, we were surprised that this was denied. The information we were given kept being changed and outright lies told. We were told the car would be ready at one time, this kept being changed. At one point we were told the car would not be ready until the next day and to keep the courtesy car until then. Roughly 20 mins later we had a very rude call saying the car had to returned straight away. It was impossible to get there before the garage closed so just how were we to do that !!!
We brought a Vauxhall corsa from Nick Wilson Friendly and Knowledgeable Not your stereo type salesman .. Listened exactly to what my needs would be Very helpful and accommodating Many thanks
I will never consider purchasing a Vauxhall again! Despite spending three years dealing with Drive Vauxhall Leicester, the problem persists. Back in 2020, we bought a brand new car from Drive Vauxhall, expecting top-notch customer service considering the substantial amount we spent. However, the car spent more time at the Drive Vauxhall Garage than with us. The key unlocking system malfunctioned, leaving us stranded outside the car on multiple occasions. It took Vauxhall a staggering two years to even attempt fixing the issue, only to advise us to reject the car. Taking their advice, we rejected the car and received a new order for a 2022 model Mokka. Once again, we were assured of exceptional service and a trouble-free experience due to the car being brand new. Months went by as we eagerly awaited its arrival. When we returned our 2020 Corsa, the team informed us that they couldn't provide the market value for the car, as it was being returned to the factory for further investigation. However, to my dismay, I discovered the same car listed on Auto Trader. Why did they feel the need to lie to me? Finally, in July 2022, we received our 2022 Mokka. However, it arrived without the requested modifications. Frustrated and tired of waiting, we reluctantly accepted the car. Since then, it has been nothing but a constant source of problems. Drive Vauxhall Leicester and Vauxhall Customer Care have shown little sympathy and a complete lack of concern. Once they received payment for the car, they displayed no interest in providing quality customer service. My car remains unfixed, and every attempt to reach someone is met with unavailability. The part required to fix my car was supposed to arrive three weeks ago, yet no one bothered to update me on any delays or even confirm if there was a delay at all. I am left in the dark, questioning whether or not I am being deceived. I strongly advise against purchasing a Vauxhall from this dealership. I wasted both my money and valuable time dealing with this establishment. Two brand new cars, and all I got were a series of frustrating issues.

You would think that buying a car from a main dealer rather than Phil’s car lot down the arches would be a seamless relaxed affair?……. Firstly the car wasn’t ready on time, so I had to mess around changing insurance at a cost to me. Ok so these things happen. When I eventually did get to pay and pick my car up, the salesman all smiles while the paperwork was being done just handed me the keys in the car lot and basically let me get on with it…no introduction to the car whatsoever. Within 8 miles of driving away from the dealership the tyre pressure warning light came on. Called the salesman to which he replied, “give it a couple of days, prob sort itself out”… Two days later I have another flashing warning light to add ,and a on screen message……chassis control system failure….and I also found out that the engine under tray was missing!. After an awful lot of dialogue it was a agreed that Leicester’s Nuneaton branch would do the necessary repairs. Great. Nuneaton had the car for 3 days and did nothing. They were waiting to get the repairs sanctioned by Leicester. I needed my car back so I collected it. Car went into Nuneaton last week, they had it for a day and a half….replaced the exhaust pressure sensor, The tyre pressure warning light is still ever present on my dash, they didn’t fit the under tray and the windscreen had a stone chip which was not there when I dropped it off. Tried calling the dealerships today and basically just got the run around. The moral of this long winded story is do not put your faith in these large dealerships, they only exist to make money, the general public are there to be harvested.

Thanks yet again to Adam Smith for his expert and friendly help in getting us sorted with our lovely Astra. We weren't sure what we could afford but Adam kindly helped us get the car we wanted. Heather and Steve
recently brought a Skoda CitiGo from your aldershot branch in May 2022. For which I would advise TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY A CAR. I am still awaiting for the manager to contact me regarding this due to being mis-sold a DANGEROUS car which as collided now into 2 cars due to the handbrake failing for which ALDERSHOT knows about but are refusing to help. Also being pulled over by the poilce for the failed headlight which doesnt work as it should. So after 3 months of chasing and being shut off continously. I will be WRITING THIS ON EVERYTHING TO ALLOW PEOPLE NOT TO GO AND GET A CAR FROM YOU. IF I COULD ATTACH PHOTOS TO THIS POST I WOULD. Also if you are offered a warranty. Please bare in mind that they will refuse to help during the warranty period. PLEASE BE AWARE.

Extremely disappointed. No words. Almost didn't get the car that I'd paid for, after being fobbed off constantly and left without a car for ages. All promises were broken. Car received in a state, which will cost lots to fix. DONT USE!
The used car I was going to purchase had 3 faults. Used car sales manager promised would be sorted before delivery but on arrival 1 of the faults remained beware of car delivery from a garage that doesn't do what it promises especially if the sales manager gives you his word.
