Been a customer for nearly 12 years. On our 4th Vauxhall car, not any problems just changing cars. We have found the people on the service desk incredibly helpful, professional and excellent to talk to. Our most recent purchase the customer service we received was excellent. Just couldn’t do enough for us. Big shout out to Simon, the manager to John who looked after us superbly. Nothing but praise for the whole team. We have never received anything other than excellent customer service.

Had an issue with a car from the word go.. Started off helpful then over several months pushed from pillar to post, salesman OK and central call centre fine, most of the staff avoided my issues and one of the service women talked down to me like nothing I have ever experienced in retail full stop. The general manager was of course extremely helpful and got things done...
Great service and help in purchasing my dads used car. James and and the team were friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them.
I went to Drive Vauxhall to part exchange a car I bought from them in 2021. I was so happy with that car (an automatic Audi A1) and the whole process, which involved arranging finance, that of course I went back to them. I felt that James did his utmost to get me the best possible deal and I’m now the proud owner of a great little automatic BMW. I couldn’t be happier!

Had my car in for a wet belt repair , had it for 6.5 weeks . Went to pick it up and the car internally was covered in mould. They thought it was acceptable to leave it like that when I'd picked it up.
Bought a vehicle which I was told had been given a full service and new MOT.. 3 weeks later I received a call to say that they had not done the MOT - I returned the vehicle for the MOT - it required a bit of work - luckily covered by warranty. 6 months later - service light comes on, so I called the dealership asking for the last date they serviced it to be told that it had not been serviced.. I expected better from a main dealer
Do not trust this dealership we were trying to buy a used car. We were gazumped. As we didn’t want to take out additional services which they make money on someone else obviously did and they sold the car to them.
John was especially helpful and so thorough. John did all he could to help us and set us on the path to a brand new car

frustrating service, extremely overpriced. untrustworthy, unreliable. Can't be bothered to stay until the opening hours.
