I brought a car from here and the clutch clicks when I dip it told them about it but they said it doesn’t come in with warranty also found out the water has been leaking to find out I now need a new radiator but 30 days are up so it wont be covered on warranty I wouldn’t buy another car from them

We bought a Fiesta in March from this garage. It was described as having some black exhaust smoke, but the garage had given it an MOT pass. The owner said that it was a good price to reflect the fact that maybe a few hundred pounds would need to be spent fixing the issue, which we were happy with. NOTE, the garage themselves had chosen not to fix it, but came up with a story that they just shift cars quickly and don't have time to spend on this kind of issue, which seemed reasonable. He persuaded us to buy a warrantee from Autoguard. We had the turbo's changed shortly afterwards at our own expense as it seemed unethical to claim for this from Autoguard. This significantly reduced the black smoke but it was still there. Our local garage told us that someone had already changed the turbo's with non-standard parts, so they fitted genuine Ford parts. We have recently had an MOT and it has failed the emission test, despite there being much less smoke than when we bought it and when Drive Right/Rite had passed it the previous year. Our garage said that it is uneconomic to repair. There is possibly an issue with the injectors, but even if they were to replace them, they cannot be certain that this is the fault. We feel thoroughly conned. AVOID.

I was sold a faulty car, despite being lied to and it being faulty advertised as mechanically good. They LIE TO GET YOUR £££££ Stay well away - use alternative trusted dealerships and REPORT TO AA.COM as they are selling illegal faulty cars. Know your rights AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

would 100% not recommend, absolutely awful after service. He is a slippery fish that will tell you what you want to hear and not honour any promises he makes. I am currently fighting for my money back for a car he sold me that broke down spectacularly on Christmas Eve but he thinks is fine. It's perfect if you like cars that don't drive! He operates on a level that can only be described as barely legal- think Better Call Saul. I wish I had read these reviews before i bought my car, it would have saved weeks of heartbreak.

in a similar situation to many others reaching out. I’m taking this guy to the small claims court. If we get together with everyone he’s done this to and hit him with a small claim court he will lose his business. He’s already lost his business in 2019 and had to re-register the company it only cost around £50 to take him to small claims. He’s just stolen £500 deposit refused to give it back.

I had to use the small claim court to force him to pay for a replacement propeller shaft on my 4x4. Refused to compensate me and even tried to get his so called mechanic to fix the issue by banging the shaft about a few time. The car was a good buy but let down by a dodgy dealer and an unqualified mechanic.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE. OWNER HAS GIVEN ME ABUSE BY PHONE AND BLOCKED MY NUMBER, WANTS ME TO TAKE DOWN MY BAD REVIEW… NO WAY. SOLD ME A CAR WITH A NUMBER OF FAULTS - I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM AND LETTING AA KNOW THIS DEALERSHIP DOESNT SELL SAFE, LEGAL CARS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Though being on holiday he managed everything, co- ordinated with his staff and have everything arranged on time and to perfection. I felt really respected , very polite staff ,the car was washed , took the test ride 👍, they helped me with the paperwork ,really a five star service. Definitely recommending anyone looking for used cars ,or repairs , see them right way , they are the best 👌
Brought my mum a second hand VW Polo with ease, politeness and courtesy. Staff were excellent, nothing was a problem. Manager gave a lovely touch for mun. Car is just what she wanted. No problems at all. I would personally recommend them and should I need a car in the future I will definitely be contacting them.
I wanted buy my first car, and was very new to this. The dealer was extremely kind and helpful. I got to test drive the car as much as I liked, I asked to experience driving the car on a slightly larger road to see how the car performed at 50+ mph and also in a smaller road to experience reverse parking the car. There was no pressure to make the purchase, and I was able to look at the car and discuss with my friend for as long as I liked. We were at the dealer from 5pm to 7:15pm on a Sunday. The dealer was very fair, he said that it would cost me £100 to get a second key, and therefore offered to deduct it from the price of the car. He also provided me with two contacts that could help me get a new key. He also gave me 12 months breakdown cover with AA for free, and sorted out all the paper work for me, and helped me get insured. I was not taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge about cars and the procedure.
Bought a 2009 Focus CC3 from Drive Right recently. Very very pleased with the car. It was well priced, I took the offer of a test drive and was able to do so on my own. Didn’t feel pressured to buy but experienced very helpful friendly service.
