I purchased an audi in august 22 for £15,795 after less than a week of ownership the faults started to arrive the first of which is timing chain tensioners cost to replace £4,620 next i had a diagnostic scan done on engine and gearbox the result is faulty alternator (not charging battery) also transmission control module faulty,engine management system faulty the car is simply not roadworthy or fit fit to drive.You will get all the sales patter about how honest and trustworthy they are but when it comes to rectifying faults you'll get nowhere.Take my advice and AVOID AT ALL COST!!! other reviews on here say same thing we cant all be wrong.

Having recently purchased my new car from Driven Car Collection I felt compelled to leave some feedback. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free. Chris & Justin were more than accommodating in arrange for my transfer from the station, test drive of the vehicle, and answered all of my questions. I was allowed time to make a considered purchase and at no time felt under pressure or obligation. The whole transaction was a pleasure and my new car is faultless. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely return when a replacement is required.

I made 2 calls to arrange to view a landrover. It stated it had 1 years mot in the add when I checked with vosa it only had 1 months mot. I contacted and explained I would like to purchase car and collect on the same day I viewed it. He said he wound "juggle a few things about" and get it mot'd straight away so it would be ready to take away same day I viewed. I called back to check that that had happened and someone else said yes all done and even went through the health check that had been done.. was all set and had arranged a lift to view it the very next day only to find apparently had sold it the night before, bearing in mind I spoke to him late afternoon.knowing I had made numerous calls and shown high interest in car. Not very good business and feel greed just took over. This company have some good reviews but I think the owners need to be less greedy in the future.

Stephen, it is with some confusion that I read your negative review. You called on Thursday to arrange a viewing for a vehicle on Saturday. We spoke again on the Friday and I did say to call and confirm that you were still coming on the following day, due to your own commitments you were unable to view the vehicle sooner. Due to its fantastic spec and incredibly low price we were inundated with enquiries on the car. Whilst preparing to close on the Friday evening a customer appeared unannounced and paid the full asking price. As a small business owner I was not prepared to let the opportunity pass, unfortunately for yourself. We called you on Saturday to confirm the vehicle had sold.... you did not answer your phone! Feeling the need to leave negative feedback on this basis is I feel a little petty!!! You had NOT left a deposit nor even visited the business at this time! Please consider the negative impact that reviews of this nature can cause small businesses in future.

We are sorry that the vehicle you had expressed interest in had sold. However you were offered the opportunity to reserve the car by way of a refundable deposit and declined. It would be silly on our part to not sell a vehicle to someone in front of us on the off chance that you may appear at a later date. Sorry that we were unable to assist you this time.
BEWARE. I found customer care to be at best poor and at worst nasty. The sales technique is hard sell. The car they tried to sell me has no recorded mileage which I take to mean it has been clocked. It has been my experience that this dealership is only interested in money. The car had bodywork scratches and there was mud in the boot. It had clearly not been valeted. There was a lost of pushy sales talk and promises, including what 'nice' business they are. We have found the opposite to be true. When I asked for my deposit to be returned since my husband hadn't even seen the car. It is our view that the car dealership is aware that the car has been clocked and want rid of it despite them telling me 'we would have no problem selling this car' it will be gone this weekend'. Pushy sales technique. I would NOT recommend this company. Steer clear we have been lucky enough to speak to many helpful, decent Land Rover dealers. This company gives car salesmen a very bad name.
