The car I bought had a major fault shortly after purchase but the dealership did take responsibility, they sent the car over to Mercedes and got the issue fixed, as they did resolve the fault I would consider dealing with Driven Car Sales again in the future.

I have got to tell people reading this and Driven Car Sales that I absolutely love my car that I bought from here in October. The dealership were fantastic and have sorted things I asked for straight away and any queries I had were all addressed and not ignored.

All friendly staff there, knew what they were talking about and were very helpful. There was one issue i took it back for, still waiting on this to be sorted but its a mix up more than any delay over something bad. I have marked them down on this but it wouldnt ever stop me going back or to recommend them as i really would. I would like to thank everyone for their help with my Fiesta
