I can’t fault Martin at all for customer treatment / service. Drumgray Vehicles were expecting a car on their forecourt that I was very keen to view. I must admit that I was persistent with my phone calls and visits prior to the car arriving. On one visit Martin and myself agreed on a trade-in price for my old car as well as a time that I could return to view the car I had my eye on. I arrived not a second later than Martin had suggested to find another customer who was just passing by looking over the vehicle. Fortunately for me, Martin would not take his offer of a deposit until I had viewed the car and decided whether I wanted it or not! I hold Martin’s loyalty in high regards as a result of that act - hopefully the individual view the car could also respect his decision. The car, when I did view it, was as described and its condition was reflected in the price. Needless to say purchased the car!

Bought a scrap car from this family. When you get the better of him, and when his back is to the wall, he used threatening behavior thinking in his own mind that you will go away, unfortunately for him he sold a Volvo v50 to me full of mot failures , big mistake, you had to carry out repairs but not before lots of abusive txts and phone calls, and what you would do to me that was a great laugh ,n/s/f coil spring broken dangerous, osf tyre worn through to the cords, dangerous , n/s/f/lower arm bush , rear brake discs corroded n/s/f daytime running lights inop o/s/f/ inner side light innop didn't repair only needed bulb's cheap skate then had the cheek to write that none of these are mot failures and was only done as a gesture of goodwill, don't know who MOT's his cars if anybody . Because I know bigger fish in the pond than him he.had no choice but to do the repairs you also had to have your father behind you when I went to pick the scrap metal up. The man should be ashamed of himself knowing the job he has done. Found out not long after the car had an intermittent fault that would cause it to slow down with no warning when entering junction's and roundabouts very dangerous almost causing collisions with oncoming traffic, couldn't get rid of this scrap car fast enough. Their are some decent garage owner's around this area but this isn't one of them. Stay well clear.

The guys down at Drumgray Vehicles were terrific, really helpful. I bought Vauxhall from them a good 6 months ago now and I've been thoroughly enjoying it! The car was looked spot on when I went to pick it up, very clean. I recommend them!

The Vauxhall I purchased from Drumgray Vehicles could have been cleaner. However, the car was good value for money, the lady that works there was lovely and made us cups of tea. We travelled from far to pick the car up including an overnight stop. The car had a couple of issues but the dealership sorted them out. I would recommend Drumgray Vehicles!
