Recently I purchased a second-hand car from Dudley Motor Company. The whole process went very well and I cant thank Anthony for all the help and he made us feel at ease. Anthony explained the warranty and finance options I had, great service!
11 months ago we brought a Range Rover from Dudley Motors. We were also sold a 12 month RAC warranty prestige cover for £547.we have only done 4000 miles in the car. Whilst driving the car the front driver side break calliper came off causing a hole in the alloy wheel and a burst tyre. Luckily we had just left the motorway and were in our street. Thinking we would be covered by the warranty we had the vehicle recovered for inspection. We were told by the garage that the bolts holding the break calipper had worked loose and had came out. The RAC rejected our claim saying the bolts are not covered by the warranty. I then spoke to Rob Gilbert the general manager of DMC who refused to accept they supplied the to us in a dangerous condition even though they put a new 12 month mot before collecting the car.. we were accused of hitting something causing impact damage to the alloy, and then suggested someone had sabotaged our car removing the bolts whilst staying at our caravan site. After several conversations with Rob he offered to repair the car using second hand parts but at our cost, quoting between £500-£600. Im very disappointed and angry at how this has been dealt with and advise anyone to think carefully before by a car or warranty from this dealer.
a couuple of weeks ago i rand dudley motors about a car yo had up for sale. i spoke to a steve brookes and arranged to visit and see the car. we were warmly welcomed by steve who gave us plenty of information and then brought the car round for us to look at. all through the process i have to say that we could not have had better service than steve gave us he was poilte informative and everything you would wish for in good old fashioned service. it was an absolutley pleasurable experience and we would not hesitate to let other people know about it. THANK YOU STEVE BROOKES FOR GREAT DAY

I have bought all of my cars from Dudley Motor Company and have always received first class service! General Manager Rob is very helpful and I have been very happy with all of the cars I have had I would highly recommend this dealership

Had great service when attending for my car service last week
I have bought 6 new Corsa's over the years at Dudley Motor Company, I've always had decent service. Bought my 7th this week, Daren was a great help.
Picked up new car service fitted splash guards what a crap job did not line up with body of car and still sent out to customer shit sevice when I pay dealer prices with dealer parts I expect perfection not Cowboys now I've got to spend my time sorting it out look what you do service because of this I would not trust you to any job for a garage who says its perfection who fitted these splashguards and let it go to sales a zero from me and when it is put right you guys had better be on top form because I wi.l take it further

I purchased a car last May and it wasn't until the engine malfunction light came on recently that I found out that this company had done me out of 6 months warranty because I had been given the remaining manufacturers warranty on the car (6 months) as opposed to the 12 month NetworkQ warranty. I contacted DMC via live chat twice and was told someone would call me back. Noone ever did. I spoke to someone in the Service Department and they said they would call me back. Noone ever did. I sent them a message on their website asking for the email address to which I should send a formal complaint. Noone ever came back to me. I used this company for years and, after using a different dealership, I returned to them as I'd always found them really good. I don't know what has happened to their service offering but I'm shocked, disappointed and most definitely won't be using them again. If you're looking for a dealership that offers good aftercare and is interested in more than just a quick sale then this isn't the company for you. I most definitely wouldn't recommend!
