My car phone has not worked from day one July 2023 they told me I have to purchase a 32gb memory stick to update software my argument is I was not informed of any of this when I purchased the car plus it should have been ready to use on day of purchase .This company has no after sales service .It is under warranty too.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! This company has been nothing but trouble to deal with since day 1. We purchased a vehicle (£6995.00) from this dealership. Within 7 days, we experienced our first MAJOR fault. The company claimed it was 'wear and tear'. IF this was the case, then it would have been INHERITED. The damage was so severe, it was unable to be repaired and an entire new clutch was required. Less than 12 weeks later, we experienced our second MAJOR FAULT; the company tried to brush it off like it was "only two little bolts", however, those 'two little bolts' that required replacing were completely sheared off the front forks holding the front suspension by a thread! Had this failed whilst driving, it could have been potentially catastrophic - if not fatal!! Both times the car was in their workshop for repair, the car was externally DAMAGED... The car was sold to us with a 12 month warranty, yet they argued that none of the above mentioned repairs would be covered or carried out under warranty, wanting to charge us in excess of a further £3000 !! We made official complaints to the company under the consumer rights act, 2015, requesting to return the vehicle for a full refund - or replacement vehicle - to which they outright ignored - or made threats - telling us to go through lawyers... We have made contact with several lawyers, all who confirm we have a very strong case against the company - and have also reported the company to the BBC Watchdog... Companies like this ought to be exposed and held 100% accountable. They have a duty of care to ensure the vehicles they sell to the public are SAFE, not faulty, are fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality ... Especially when they're not "cheap" purchases. . .

Hi had an equally horrifying experience with this Company , involving what is for certain theft . Small amounts add up , If you or your legal team require more details please let me know ,
have purchased Berlingo from duff morgan in Norwich for the past six years.the latest purchase we were told that the berlingo xtra we were buying had all the features that our last car had ie. cruise control,parking sensors,automatic folding mirrors light's and window wipers after getting vehicle hone we found the vehicle although a 3 year newer vehicle it had none of these I phoned and complained to the salesman he said he didn't realise and it would cost £3-4hundred pounds to have just the control fitted. we have been very disappointed with this vehicle so needless to say this will be the last vehicle we will purchase from them
