I arranged an appointment to see a car and was running late. I had read a few reviews but didnt let them bother me until i got a voicemail and a rude email from Andy. Honestly people listen to the reviews i have dodged a bullet and glad i didnt buy from here as the customer service and attitude is rotten.

Ive used Dunway for years and always go there when im looking for a car never had any problems with any of my previous purchases Bought an outlander a few weeks ago from Andy and it developed a problem the car was fixed very quickly for me no disputes and he met all costs, Ive had experience of other garages who argue about repair costs not them. He saved my bacon yesterday, when like an idiot I put in the wrong fuel, he arranged his truck to uplift the jeep and take it to the garage drained and fixed on the same day no charge not many guys would go to that length to help out!!

Went here to look at 2 honda 4x4. Owner came out because i revved car up to 2k revs to check for noise at auxillary belt tensioner he then was extremely aggressive towards me saying that u dont need to rev car up to that. Then proceeded to lecture me about how he was a motor mechanic hahaha. Honestly the most aggressive cheeky salesman i have ever met. DONT GO HERE.

Purchased a car 6 weeks ago from Dunway Cars and the car needed work, got told to bring it back for repair but was too busy for the next week or two, two weeks later i got the car in and got told it needed something in the engine and to run it for a few weeks (knowing you only get 30 day warranty) after the time they said was up i called back (five weeks later) to be told its out of warranty and nothing will be done! The engine management light is on and ive already had to spend 300 on repairs (assuming they just plug the diagnostics in and cancel faults) Somehow it was purchased with a fresh mot so how can i have 3 bulbs out and needed to get wipers (which failed the first before passed) Like another reviewer states all service stamps are by Arnold Clark (bit fishy there)

Got a car two months ago from Dunway Cars and all felt fine on the test drive, driving home had a few lights come up so took it back, got told it was fixed but a week later same problem (obviously just turned off the lights with diagnostic kit) refused to help at all and now have a few problems with the car and am debating taking a HUGE loss on the car and getting a different one ALREADY!!! No interest to help you and the aftercare is pants! all they want is your money and the 30 day warranty they offer is pretty much sold as seen! Worst dealer ive used and now have a hefty bill or a new car on top of a 3k car that has problems!

Went to see a wee car there. Diesel, it smoked like the pope had died and gear box was really tight. Tried to tell us this was normal for a diesel car....yawn yawn. Friendly attitude quickly changed when he realised deal wasn't happening. Headed away and purchased a cracking wee Polo that doesn't smoke and doesn't fight you to change gear. Gave us a bit of a giggle with his stereotypical shenanigans, didn't catch his name, but we named him Arthur....

With regards to the review on a deposit being paid and not refurded we have now resolved the misunderstanding with the owner who is a nice and reasonable man who listened to our comments and the issues were sorted in a good manner so many thanks to Andy for his time on this matter and would recommend this dealership to other friends and family..a heat of the moment review resolved amicably so many thanks

This garage needs investigation after my partner had a £200 deposit kept when they asked her to give a deposit to put on a wee ford ka till she had time to view on the understanding it was totally refundable should she not take it...however the dealer refused to give her it back when she saw a more appealing model en route to them...guy was totally abusive and threatening towards her and others with her....this place needs everyone to stay clear and warn others to never go near the place...total co men who clearly pray on people who give so called refundable deposits but this will not be the end of the story for sure!,,,so let this be a warning to all you people out there!!!!!!

Cannot believe how many problems I have had with my car and the two salesman do not care the minute you walk out the office and they've got your money they will not help with any issues
